Idea : Make all your public transport dump people in a hub them make a high capacity train or tram line to the industrial area to decrease the pressure on the road wich will result in more efficiency and MORE MONEY

I don't know how it works per se in Cities Skylines, but there are a few aspects of DC-area (where I live) public transit that have always seemed pragmatic in my mind: - Subway stations should be in central areas (obviously) and have bus lines around them - Buses in DC often go between subway stations and go through key areas. Where I live, there's a bus line between two key DC subway stations and their respective neighborhoods (Friendship Heights and Foggy Bottom respectively) but it passes through another major area where there is no subway access (Georgetown) - There's only one tram line in DC currently so it's not the best example, but it goes through a major commercial corridor. It doesn't snake through the city and cause traffic issues between trams and cars/buses. It mostly gets people from one end of the corridor to the other, without trying to go between neighborhoods/districts. (We call it the H Street Corridor) I know you're Canadian so you probably don't know DC-area public transit but most Americans have zero access to decent transit so you're in the same boat! If you want any examples, I tend to use the 33/31 and H2/H4 bus lines in DC. Both lines start and end from major subway stations and transit through major neighborhoods that don't have a subway, including commercial areas (Goergetown) and three universities. Pro tip:do not build all your residential building at once. All the ppl working will just retire(DIE)at the same time leaving job openings, and they children will do the same later on. 😊

Finally, Kibs adds more residential without also creating 2 times more jobs.

Good thing the AI always knows perfectly which road goes where and the game doesn't simulate people getting lost in the spaghetti roads.

Can't you upgrade your subway stations to have an extra track and platform? It might help with some of the stations merging lines between the districts.

Honestly, you should never ever do + junctions. Us Europeans and Oceania peeps have it good. Only ever do T junctions. And just shift the last road of the + further down the road. It massively improves traffic

I like your city is at just over 100k and it's highly URBAN. My city IRL is about 100k pop year round and 99% SUBURBAN. lol I think the city simulation is still not quite realistic (probably more realistic than C:S1). With all those skyscrapers, you should have the population of like Phoenix, so I guess there's still an abstraction on the population (1 pop/agent = X,000 people or something).
