Will this liquid culture fail if I open the lid (also my master liquid culture recipe)? 

I think I forgot to add my liquid culture ingredients to the jar before sterilizing...so in this video I'll open the jar. Describe my liquid culture recipe for growing any type of mushroom. And we'll have to wait and see what happens. I guess you could call this a mycology experiment.
