@Lee Brown They should have been able to waste her from the beginning. I have seen the Gods make mortals disintegrate in a blast of fire without actually hitting them with a fireball or energy blast, they can change mortals into any creature, even an inanimate object, can use telekinesis to move objects and people, but rarely, if ever, uses any of those powers against Xena. They could even take her ability to fight away, disappear before she could attack them, whatever, and they never do this. They could summon weapons out of her hands, but never does so. They could change her into an ant, or make or too small to be able to hurt anyone. Still....they just chose to fight her. The Gods could take her strength away as well. The Gods are not only super strong, but also super fast, endless stamina, great reaction time, more athletic than any Human, and yet still has problems with Xena? If i was a God.....Xena wouldnt be able to beat me, because i already have the fastest hands in the world as a mortal, lol, unofficially, but its been measured (of course....i wouldnt actually fight her as a God, because we would be on the same team, but still....she wouldnt be able to beat me).

@@Bardim18 I agree. The gods went from nearly all-powerful to dying easier than villains of the week. It was lazy writing.

@@Nepthu Not just the gods. The Archangel Michael, who was tossing aside both Hercules and Ares with ease, was defeated and almost killed by the mortal Xena in season 6. It made zero sense.

She IS Callisto reincarnated, and Callisto was able to sense/catch Xenas weapon

Same. It was very Callisto of her. Its possible that Livia was in a lot of pain, much like Callisto was, and wanted to be released from it..The only difference being she was saved instead of killed.

I think she said that because she knew it was over at that point. So she was more like 'get it over with....', but, of course....Xena couldnt do it.

I saw the episode without knowing she was calisto and i was woow she act just like callisto.

Eve's story is basically a repeat of Xena's redemption arc only shorter, Ares couldn't decide whether he loved Xena or wanted her dead, Hercules completely disappeared with no explanation and Xena, a mere mortal, being able to kill all the gods all by herself is ridiculous.

@@Bardim18 the reason she was able to end the gods cause it falls in line with Greek Mythology Twilight of the gods and Xena herself didnt have that power she was a conduit of power manifestation from Heaven that gave her that power only through Eves baptism through water and her rebirth could she defeat the lesser gods they did not create this world apparently they lied and misused people for centuries
