It's all true! 1.) The hurtful feeling is when your ex broke up with you, found a rebound, pretending to be happy with him, while you haven't found anyone to replace the break-up and it makes you feel insecure in those times. 2.) The break-up will make you feel desperate and forceful to talk to anyone even if the other person doesn't want anything to do with you. 3.) Months later after not worrying about your ex rebound relationship, she will began to feel the pressure of feeling played by the rebound because there will be things that you tolerated from her that the rebound will not like about her that will make her think about you! This is why you must be the best person that you can be in the relationship that will make her think about you when she move on with someone else! 4.) Try not to make every girl your girlfriend after the break up because if your girlfriend decided to come back to you, the other girls won't have to tell her that you was trying to mess with them. Motivate women after your break-up, don't be a player just because you felt hurt from your ex. You still wants to keep your reputation clean.
I have never heard anyone sum it up beter, they are pretending to be over you and uses the new person for relief. Im doing the right thing of not jumping into a new relationship and adresing my own issues and working threw them. Plus geting a killer body and geting mentaly stronger feels mutch beter then geting your ex back. If its ment to be its ment to be, eather they realise ther mistakes and get you back or you find someone even beter that will blow you away.

Never take an ex back especially if you know they done moved on/cheated because they probably done more sexual content with them what they didn't do with you. If you know you have been good to them, you have done your part and they will not get any further ahead for lieing and being mischievous.
Rebound relationships don't workout because the dumper haven't got over their ex, the dumper needs to get over their ex first before they start dating someone new

If u always treated them well and gave them your best and was willing to go through thick and thin to be with them and they still leave thinking they can do better and treat u like a piece of trash their new situation not only doesn't work out but they usually end up getting used and tossed to the side. Yea of course people shouldn't wait for their ex to return and should heal and move on but the reality is exes become obsessed with you if you were good to them and their new situation isn't as great as they thought it would be. The grass is never greener if u treated them well. Karma doesn't miss anybody. Even if u don't see it or they have too much pride to admit it. It's normally what happens as long as u treated them well.
I don’t know how people rebound. I think if you’re some kind of avoidant it’s possible but not if you’re anxious. It’s mentally and emotionally exhausting having to put on a face for someone new when your mind is still thinking about an ex or the past relationship. It’s so hard. Only did it once and found out it was stupid and just decided to be single and focus on me. 100% better than getting under someone new just for the “honeymoon” phase to have it fizzle out in 2 months and then be back at square one with all the same emotions that I started with. Don’t run from your feelings and sit with your loneliness. Even if your ex is with someone new. They’re gonna have problems trust me and you’ll be way better off 3-6 mo down the road when you’ve worked on yourself and they just buried their problems with someone else.

you need 0,5 times the time from a relationship to heal. means 3 years is 1,5 years healing and selfwork. 3/6 months is nothing for a human brain, really, you already need 4 months to grieve a breakup let alone do some selfwork after. takes a minimum of 1 year

I was a rebound but didn't know it. I was seriously invested into it. I was so painful that my intentions were very pure but he cut me off abruptly. Now he's going back to his ex. Why can't you make video like us? We're also suffering too.

I saw my ex fiancee and her new dude walking out her apt almost 3 months ago. I've been in no contact ever since. Recently I saw them together and they were hugged up. I wasn't hurt like the initial discovery. But it was crazy how fast she just blocked me out and vanished and moved on. Dude doesn't even have a car and it seems he lives with her. Life lessons are very very entertaining at times.

My wife left me after 28 years. She told me she was unhappy and needed “healing” from a marriage that was rocky at times. Absolutely no cheating. Her healing lasted about 7 months. We divorced in January. She is currently with her new boyfriend. I’m thinking it won’t last long. I’ve grown, but need more time. I hope one day we can be together again.

I am going through this right now & my ex still lives with me..Its hard to get sleep because she is with her boyfriend, all and every weekend at his house....After watching these videos especially this one...I now sleep better because I am looking after myself/ A better and newer version../cooking,cleaning,Back at the Gym,New clothes..I look and Feel so much better. Have the self worth and believe to think that ur past love hasn't forgotten about you. They will be back especially if you were good to them, and in the case she didn't then good riddance, she never appreciates you. You can't force love on someone who doesn't know how to show it back
My ex husband of 30 years, jumped into a new relationship within months. It was his best friend’s wife (that relationship was in the process of breaking down,but I’m sure my ex probably sped that up) and they have now been together for 10 years. This is a rebound that lasted. 😞

well, not always. I've found a lot can depend on a person's personality. I have several lady friends who jump from relationship to relationship within two weeks of breaking up and each one lasts years.
They’re not healthy likely. I’ve had a few female friends like that as well, and they are open to me about never fully attaching despite being with someone for a year, and that they have no problem tossing people aside
She left me for someone else after two years with zero issues. Best part is she did the whole "I'm doing amazing and changed everything about her and started posting a lot" while watching all my stories and stalking me. I just completely committed to no contact after the breakup and didn't view anything she posted. It's been two months. I know for a fact that she's regretting it and she's going to message someday. After two months of no contact, I'm unsure if I want her back if she ever comes back. Guessing it's a "grass is greener phase".

My ex has been hanging out with a new " friend" the only reason I know about her is bc my son came home and told me about her. I told my ex I wasn't comfortable with the kids around her. So last week there was miscommunication about pick up/ drop offs and he rubbed the fact that kids and him would be hanging out with her all day. He admitted to me he did to hurt me.

Why would you want that person?! I would move on and let her deal with a person like that. Think about it... Everything is happening way too fast and my guess they will have marital issues and responsibilities that will scare them. The first 5 years if marriage will fail especially young relationships. They barely know each other and we'll, shit is about to get really real. You really do t know your spouse until you go through up and downs, sickness, deaths in families, money problems, injuries, children......... It's so much. You actually dodged a bullet. He doesn't want to pay child support either 🤷🏽♀️. Cheaper to keep THEM. He's thought about you and how much money he will have to come up with to support a whole ass family. He proposed at a concert on stage in front of thousands and I heard about it on the radio and saw it on social media. Welp! That was awful and I was actually okay. I'm good and told him I forgave him. I wasn't with anyone when he called me and didn't date for awhile. I have always been okay with or without someone. I have good friends and I am a very active person. He and I are cool now but, we ain't friends or talk. We respect each other and he still sends me compliments. Literally every ex has contacted me while dating and yes some have kids. They ain't happy with those women and some aren't with any of them. They paying child support though. 🤔

We had an award winning band together, a mad physical life and a really ephemeral connection. I’m a bit smug bc she told me on Monday - first contact after 62 days - that she missed me (duh, after 8 years who’s surprised?) and had repeatedly reached for the phone but chickened out!! She called me Monday night for 45m and raged about how well I’d dealt with the breakup and driven forward… specifically why I couldn’t have got my act together for her!? I worry that she monkey branched into a relationship very quickly after our two year relationship. By both admissions by me and my ex, our connection was the strongest, in love either of us have ever experienced. I looked at my ex’s sister’s Snapchat and he was on there. I thought I could control my emotions but I can’t stop crying seeing him and his children laughing. It’s been 9 months and I feel so sad that my ex didn’t want me in his life. This has made me decide to delete my Snapchat. I don’t see how I could’ve been a rebound when he was not in a relationship with anyone for years before we connected. And the ex that he went back to was 7 years prior to me and he had another relationship in between then. I’m not sure if rebound is the right word for my situation, but under other circumstances I see how that may apply.

Same situation here! But if he was rebounding with you, and then hopped into another new relationship he’s still not ready for something real. Especially if there’s still deep issues there. They’ll play out just like they played out in your relationship. Don’t take him back though. He’s not working on himself, he’s just using women to fill a void and feel secure. He’ll likely get addicted to new love and won’t be in a healthy relationship for awhile. But that’s only if he has issues.
Ill tell you personally that when I was younger I jumped from girl to girl to fill that void and I absolutely promise you the pain comes back......This prolonged my healing for years in the extreme plural tense with something that could have taken me 1 year to heal from.
I made the mistake of confronting his rebound because she is a mutual acquaintance that I vented to about the breakup 😢 I know thats a no-no. Did I ruin my chances of getting him back?

You’re the backup plan, if things crumble which they probably will in the next month-year, you will be the easy second option she will fall to to take care of her mentally and emotionally. You’ve proven your self respect level to her and allowed her to use you as a doormat. You’re wasting time waiting for her to come back. It might even be one of those one in a million rebounds that succeeds. And if that’s the case and you’re still waiting around, look at all the time you’ve wasted that could’ve been used to heal and better yourself. My advice, take your power back. If her life is fulfilling with the new man, good for her. She’s showed you who she is. Level up and when and if the failure of the rebound happens, let her crawl back and deny her the luxury of your time, thoughts, care, the way she did to you. Karma is real. What if it has been a week and a half since they cheated and left me? She and I have been dating 2 years.
