I just recently found out that my ex, the woman I've been in love with for 10 years is pregnant with someone else. I ran into her in public and didnt know about it until that very moment. I believe my ex is in a new relationship with this one guy, he was a friend during our relationship and is the complete opposite of me. We're nothing alike. Very often, women, have someone else lined up before breaking up or it's a rebound. Rebound relationships tend to not work out very well. In many cases, women need a taste of their own medicine and see how life really is without her ex. The grass is always greener syndrome is a common occurrence among people.

It's my birthday yesterday, and he didn't greet me. He's been dating this new guy for 10 months now. I feel awful. He was the one who was head over heels for me.

I'm not sure if I want him back. I broke up with him hastely because we'd had a lot of trauma. Both of us, he'd been in a horrible marriage his whole adult life. His kids went through a lifetime of abuse with their addict mom and I thought I could fix it. I did help them a lot but he's always indignantly denied the problems and fought me. He'd finally at the end started to really try in the last couple of months. I think I panicked. I'd been through a lot trying to get them to the point of normalcy.

Hey guys I could really use a little guidance. My ex girlfriend dumped me about two months ago and we were together for almost a year. I enjoy listening to your videos, since you have a different perspective . The things I agree with is that the guy is garbage. He sounds like a player. That "we need to lose weight" means "you need to lose weight". That the associates degree was important, because its not for most men. Most men dont care how much women make unless they are narcissists and intend to leach off their SO. That a lot of the other relationship coaches are players, but that also makes them experts on women from a "field" perspective. They are useful to listen to also...but take with a grain of salt. Depending on their content, they may be referring strictly to low quality women, or to relationships on a superficial level. Regarding the breakup... I also bet that the new GF is the one talking engagement.....not him. Note that he was hinting about her losing weight, which was important to him (and most men) and she did not do it...so he found someone else, probably when visiting her (or new GF found him). Agree she made tactical errors. How did she know he "was engaged"? Why is she following him? Once he broke up she should have gone "no contact". "No contact" is an effective strategy. If you remain some fixture in their lives they do not get an opportunity to miss the things you bring to the table, and resent your presence. If there is an accidental contact or contact initiated by the SO, you are supposed to sound loose and easy and friendly...but terminate the contact fairly quickly...because you have somewhere you have to go. This is also important, since this shows you are not pining away, and have developed a potentially interesting activity. Overall, I think you have some great content . Keep up the good work!

There was a miscommunication about our Kids's schedule it was my fault. I said I was sorry that I messed up on my to part. There was multiple times he could of stop the conversation. At the end of the conversation he tells me he and our kids will be hanging out with a girl that he had perceivable told me was just a " friend." I told him I would pick up the kids if he plans it was not a big deal. Yes it hurts that he is seeing someone else it hurts more knowing he went out of his way to tell me he is doing it when I gave him the option to drop off the kids to my mom.
