I want to use the Willams Allegro as a midi controller..Does the modulation button and transpose button replace the need for a mod wheel and pitch bend??.... I am disappointed it doesn't have the wheels, but it seems that those buttons may replace the need for them.. what do you think???

Hi, to my ear the Alesis sounds most like an Acoustic Piano.

Thanks for putting this together. I think the Alesis sounds warmer and fuller. The Williams sounds brighter and sharper. Both are excellent, but I would choose the Alesis.

ZackaryVlogs MLG Williams warmer, more like a real piano. Alesis sounds tinny, digital.

Allegro pro is for sure 2 and for sure better. You can hear the differences in Velocity much better. Where as the Legato ends up producing a lot of sounds at the same volume because the velocity is crap. The allegro also has 128 voice polyphony. Which is pretty bitch'n in this price range
