Great update, Chloe! I loved the video from Kos. It looks like you had an amazing time there. And a fine job with the 10k race. Putting a big hill at 7 or 8 km in a 10k race, at the point where everyone just wants it to be over, seems unnecessarily cruel.😄Looking forward to more racing action this summer!
Thank you!! It was indeed an amazing holiday, at the perfect time to escape the dreadful British weather. Glad to have another good race experience under my belt, agree that the hill was at the worst point of the course 😄
Great Race ! Hills pay the Bills! You are not far of from your PB only a really hilly course. Great Job from you. Are you looking into running shorter Races like 1500 or 3000m on the track?
Thank you! I do need to take advantage of the Shropshire hills in my training. I don't think I'll get to do any track races anytime soon, that will have to be for next year!
Superb performance. Will you and Ben be racing the Telford 10k in December seeing as you live in the county now? It's my favourite fast 10k of the year.
