"And now your opponent has 2 moves" me in 500 ELO trying this opening and everyone making every move except those 2.
@Milark
@Milark Год назад
This is something that always bugs me about this kind of stuff. There might only be “2 moves”, meaning that all the other ones aren’t strong enough to be considered. But the moment my opponent makes one of those moves I’m taken out of my prep and still have no clue how to punish the apparently bad move.

@@Milark ^^ my problem exactly! I hope Alex makes a video about this kind of stuff
@Milark
@Milark Год назад
@@user-mp1cc5cc4g After commenting this I lost to someone who only pushed pawns for the first 6 moved whilst I played the London 😫 I know to get ahead in the opening every time (against people of my level) but I can never manage to convert that to a win. I know a decent amount of basic chess principes that I can use to get ahead and assess my position. But when it comes to actually winning with that advantage I’m useless. (Doesn’t help that I also still blunder pieces quite often but that aside it’s still annoying)

I only found this channel in May, and I make it a point to watch all the new ones, but I haven't had the time to go back and watch the old ones. My guy said "You just got a piece of furniture from Ikea, and it didn't come with instructions, so unless you're a...fucking wood master, thats gonna be pretty difficult." Is that a new FIDE title? Is this the right order: 😂😂 Candidate Master FIDE Master Wood Master International Master Grandmaster.

Imho you are one of the best chess teachers on RU-vid together with Anna Cramling. Did you ever consider to do a collab with her? Like you playing 10 games with the Caro-Kann against her and look how often she can beat you? You deserve a greater audience. Kindest regards.
