WINDOW CLEANING AFTER CONSTRUCTION 

Good video mate. The most important thing you didn't mention that is a must ALWAYS check the glass manufacturer stamp to check for glass type before using a blade, because if you use a blade on tempered or toughened glass you're going to cause a lot of scratches.

I just started my window cleaning business a few weeks ago. I'm learning as I'm going. I heard you say something about a scratch prevention waiver. I'm not dumb. I get what it's about. Just want to know if you could tell me a little more about it. Also, a little pat on my back story. I first started by cleaning my neighbors windows. 6 hours. Cause I started with cloths, dawn/water, and a ladder. So the whole setting up and moving the ladder thing took forever. Plus, I was doing it by elbow grease. Fast forward to a month or so. Watching RU-vid University, got me some poles, squeegees, etc.. That job now took me about an hour and a half. Still working on my time, but way better than the last time. WAY WAY BETTER! 👍🏽

Usually all I need it's Bronze pad and some blade..I never seen windows that dirty after construction 😱😱 all that paint on the frame hell no..good job dude

Dude that noice it makes on the corners / sides.... Im terrified EACH time i do it ;) I wet it for every scraper pass with my mop. Mop - scrape - mop - scrape... I never scratched a window yet, with this method, but it takes time :P

Nice job... I notice paint on the frame on a c.c. are required to clean or remove the paint from the frame also?

Those are carbon steel blades. Excellent, and very sharp, but rust very easily. Probably why they wrap them.
