Good content, I like the Nana guy he should get the job, he’s patient, explains all the info well and looks honest. Not forgetting good recommendations.
Pls, fortunately, I'm at the stage of installing my windows, thanks for your tips. I need Nana's number. I'm going to give him the job, no questions asked. @@kingstal90
Well done Mr & Mrs. Very informative. I really appreciate how you always make efforts to caution and encourage people especially those in the diaspora. May God Almighty give you the strength always to achieve what you have started.
We shared a video on installation of quality sliding windows for a project we carried out not long ago. It will give you an insight of the actual process of putting up the sliding windows and doors. Once again another excellent content.
I feel that if a lot of the contractors are like Nana then a lot more people for the diaspora would build. Good Luck Nana! Can't wait to see the finish product!
@@kingstal90 you guys are doing a great job at making sure each contractor that you use is held accountable. Some might say that you’re micromanaging the contractors, but if you don’t your home will take forever to be built. It’s YOUR HOME & you want it built correctly and sturdy. I can’t wait to see the FINISH PROJECT! Good luck from 🇺🇸and keep the content coming!
You are doing a good job . I am also building in Ghana. I agree with all the steps as advice you are giving because I took the same steps and precautions.
Great video......am also one of the FINEST glazed windows fabricator in Accra...... currently working for heritage Christian University behind the amasaman stadium..... ready to Link up for EXCELLENCE for all your glazing needs
Brother Asher & Sisters Gad you both are putting out great content that is valuable to those of usin the Diaspora. My family and I visited Ghana in Arpril 2022 and I will be coming back April '23 to start looking for land and business opportunities. Please continue to educate the masses.
I just subscribed to your channel with recommendation from a friend Elizabeth. You two are doing a great job. Very well explained by Nana. He really knows what he is doing. I have really enjoyed watching this.
Thanks Guys for all your insightful views to help us make Africa our home again. This is the first time I'm commenting, but I've been watching you for over 6months now. I'm using some of your ideas & hope one day to invite you to see the influence you have generated in my homecoming. Thanks once again.
now I like the way, the family, is going over every detail , therefore there will be no misunderstanding, when the actually works start and at the finish. This is a problem many black people have here in america, once we sign the contract, and then when workers arrive, the finished product is very seldom exactly like what we signed for on contract
I love your videos and content, the fine details your providing are invaluable especially as I am building soon so getting so much raw information. Thank you both so much and God bless.
@@kingstal90 My partner & I are building flats in Malam, Accra. Plus our own house in 2years so your videos are showing me so much and he also watches all your videos. P.s- may have to contact you when we start our own house for some assistance on your valuable skills. 😉
Dear Asher & Gad, you two are doing so great out there! Kudos and thanks for motivating most of us. I have never missed an episode. Came back to this because i have been searching for Nana’s contact. I can’t afford to pay that much to view the pdf for Nana’s contact details . Please assist
The pdf is not about Nana's contact. Its about education and what to look out for. Many others have purchased for that reason and have given me loads of positive feedback.
Yeah, Nana was recommended to you “by a friend”. I doubt the friend made you purchase something before the recommendation. You can share Nana’s contacts without giving away your intellectual property ie the pdf. Well unless you’re Nana’s agent, in which case you own the rights to his phone number/email etc. Thanks for the education tho….on point always. JahBless
Hi! beautiful COUPLE. I must say that I'm highly impressed with the knowledge and level of professionalism shown in your videos. 👍🏿 I'd have loved if you'd be kind to share what plans you have in mind once you settle (i.e. whether / not you'd be engaging in some construction related activities, since it's your field of work). Perhaps you may want to private message (pm) instead. As a young Engineer myself I follow your videos with great appreciation of the procedures you deploy to execute every aspect of the works, and I look forward to meeting you some day; if you decide to set up. 🙂
Recently I've been learning about the sliding Window frames. Different companies make different designs and colors. They're mostly not compatible so you choose. The color may also influence which one you choose because the color options imported in Ghana are very limited. There are several brands...ks-50, normal Italia and trico. I believe there are more but very difficult to find online. The colors are also limited but I was told the are companies that can powder coat it to different colors. Unfortunately most of the window artisans don't even know the brand names or options available. It's disappointing.
Thank God for your life and what you are doing It is really challenging when you are building in Ghana Please I need the number to the place you bought your doors I also have a suggestion for you on consultancy and workshop for artisans in Ghana
@@angelaeke5860 - Just like Ghanaian artisans. Don't assume that they are a big company so you are safe. Monitor them closely. They have done an ok job so far, But have also made childish errors and communication could be much better. If I was not monitoring closely, I would have been dissapointed. Like I always say, have a good payment strategy. Always leave some money at the end until everything is completed to your satisfaction.
@@kingstal90 As my dad always advises, he said, withna Ghanaian artisan, always make sure you owe them more than they owe you, that would keep them honest, and get the job done; always 60/40.
I found this windows are easily to open and the materials are too light so windows are not protecting you but the burglar proof but both which both have to do same job (to protect)
I really like you guys. I live in Chicago and I want to be your friend. Very soon I will start my building project too. How can I get in contact with you guys
@@samuelsam2153 - Because time is money and so is intellectual property. You cannot get any engineering service for free in this world am afraid. RU-vid subscription is nothing to do with my engineering time and effort put into intellectual property and ebooks. It is NOT compulsory for you to purchase. So I change your language - you "do not have to" Many others have purchased and are very satisfied with the further information. Bless You
@@samuelsam2153 I agree with you as for me I don’t think they should be changing for recommending someone, we are all meant to support small African businesses. Charging for the rest of the information is fine but not business details
Nana say your contact number, because the man is not doing u good. Nana di u know how many people asking for your number???and this man is not given it out ?
