I felt that, when you had to keep starting over. I know, I’ve done alot to my car. And I do alot of it by myself. But the more you mess up. The more you understand how it works and that’s the best part. Is when you finish it and actually get it done. Its the best feeling ever

I literally just finished plasti dipping the front lip of my Lexus IS and your video pops out of nowhere 😭😂 its as if the RU-vid algorithm is telling me to do this next! Thank you for the tutorial btw! Looks clean af 😃 I've realized that the blue tape part is the most important and takes a lot of effort and at the same time it also feels like doing a huge art project lmao

This brought back bad memories of wrapping my window trim on my GS 350 😩 it’s definitely not easy getting around the bottom corners of the rear door windows and I completely botched the job I did on the outer front grill 😩 but hey, looks like you did good!

I am going to try this on my KIA. Does not look easy.Been watching lots of videos. I am going to try the knife-less tape method.

Awesome job. Looks great against the white paint. I'm planning on doing my new Audi, and I'm doing the RU-vid research thing. If you do a repeat, please post it, with what you've learned from your first attempt. The learning process is important. I do think I'm going to use the knifeless cutting tape, I think that looks like the easiest way to cut it to the right size. Let us know if you try that for your second attempt. Cheers.

Ok so this popped up on my recommended, I know it’s been a year, but how did it hold up? I know Amazon has so many sellers selling the same type of products so curious to see how this one worked out

Honestly it’s held up well. There has been no lifting or shrinking. Could I have done a better job with applying ? Sure. But the actual product held up well

Call me paranoid or OCD, but if I'm using a blade or certain tools around painted surfaces, I lay some Gorilla duct tape over my masking tape, just to give a little extra protection yet still remove easily.
