I think that it may help with security and speed. I also think it's possible they did this so anyone who buys a pc with S mode will only be able to use apps that are in the windows store. Why did they make it so we can not undo it though even with a factory reset. That part doesn't make sense to me
Would you remove it or keep it want to know if I should and also do you think if you turn it off it affects something like it being slow or a getting a virus
The decision is one for you to make and remember you can't change it afterwards. I think I would probably keep it unless you have software you need to use which can't be installed because of it. I personally have lots of software which it doesn't permit so I uninstalled it. I hope that helps.
