I’ve had a window that wouldn’t close for three years. Another one started doing the same thing. One minute and 28 seconds later both windows are fixed !! Thank you !

I just moved into a new house and the windows not closing was one of the issues I wanted fixed. I had 3 professionals look at the issue to no avail. God bless you, I rent this house and and the owner told me not to open the Windows but I wanted fresh air. And when I tried to close it it didn't work I panicked and went on the internet. It worked thank you !!!

A minute into this I got up and checked my window and sure enough my top window wasn’t closed all the way. Closed it and voila it now locks. I’m such a tool! Thanks for helping solve this!!

Oh wow. I have been fighting with my window for two days now and convinced it was broken. Turns out the top part wasn’t up all the way. 🤦‍♀️ I didn’t even know it was able to come down! You are fantastic thank you!!!!

Thank you for this video. You are a lifesaver. Couldn't figure why my window wouldn't lock. The first solution was what fixed my problem. Somehow the top part of the window moved down a little bit and prevented my window from locking.

Thank you! Replaced our windows and barely ever opened them and tonight, I was worried my child’s windows would be unlocked and there was no way I’d be able to sleep well but the first solution of making sure the top part was slid up correctly and snug solved the issue before making a call to the company! 😅 Many thumbs up! 🙏🏼👍🏼

THANK YOU. I was getting so angry with these damn windows. Just needed to check the top part, which wasn’t fully closed. I apologize on behalf of all customers who call with these stupid problems, but I also think that during installation process installers should overtly say “check out this video” or “check this website really quick” if you’re having any problems. Would save everyone time, money, and stress.

Option #5 fixed our problem. We had bought a house and 4 out of 7 wouldn't shut all the way. After cleaning out years of dirt from the sill and that locking channel, with a little oomph we got them all to shut and lock. Thank you!!
