A new wing chun dummy is born. Designed for the 21st century this free standing Iron Master Dummy does more then what the normal traditional wooden wing chun dummy does. This slick modern dummy is made of metal but has wooden arms. It has strike pads to protect your hand and your legs when you train on it. You can also attach more legs if you wanted too! I trained wing chun/ JKD for about 3 years at a very good school. I learned a lot. They are both the BEST system for street fights, ending the fight quick. I still practice with friends,my wife and my daughters just to keep my technique Propper.

Very interesting design Sifu Wong. I had just started learning the basic Wooden dummy techniques before I stopped attending Wing Chun School a while back. I would love to compare it to the traditional mook jong when the opportunity presents itself. I have picked up my training again and plan to utilize your online courses with Udemy, watching your channel and practicing on my own until i start classes again. All the best Sifu Wong. -Chris
