I trained with Ben Der and Ken for four years, but now live on the East coast. Please post more, it's hard to find much with Ken. He is one of the best alive and hardly no one knows it! Keep posting...
So much information. After studying with Ken since 1993 I still learn every time I listen and watch. I’m amused by people who don’t get what he’s talking about
Great video. This is subtle stuff not often [sadly] taught in Wing Chun circles. But leg and knee placement is vital to break structure and maximize positioning. The legs have the same techniques [and ideas] as the arms, with the advantage of the opponent's continual weight to utilize.
