Man I wish I could have done one of these when I was in my karate class those wooden dummy boards are not half bad actually pretty cool for your car right techniques depending on your ability in martial arts for Kung Fu and karate or any other technique as long as you try and move your body more quicker become more powerful 🥋💪😉👍💪

Cuz it looks like he locked his elbow... and I forgot what a lop sau looks like suddenly 😂 I assume lop cuz locking is not a traditional wing Chun idea as it can be easily reversed or you chi na yourself. 🤷‍♂️ ...shield hand? It’s very interesting and I can see how as a system it works, but how does it integrate range? I’ve studied various things and when facing off against Wing Chun I’ve learnt sitting in the pocket is a bad idea… but darting in and out is very effective… no disrespect to the art as I know single opponents in all styles vary in skill and are not representative of their whole fighting style.

Can you teach these specific hand movements, and how to use a wooden dummy? I would like to learn Wing Chun but have no other outlet
