Get measuring tape and measure the circumference of your head. Then check the winning boxing size charts for head guards. Your measurements will tell you what size you should get.
I don’t recommend for mma 😅. It’s good for protection but I dont think you will see front kicks or knees that well. Sometimes u won’t be able to see uppercuts. A lot of ppl use fg-2900 for mma
@@Spade04 would you nose be safe i used to same style headgear before and got my nose broken im not sure what headgear i need to keep it from getting worse
@@Xxx-hk6mk even with this headgear your noise can get bruise but it’s protection is there. It’s very light and I got my nose busted before and when I start using this headgear it never happen again but I can’t guarantee anything if you train mma gloves bc they are thinner.
