Last time I was this early Emma was Oregon’s number 1 runner

you should do a storytime about like deciding on your college and that whole process

So funny!! My senior year of hs we won state by 2 points... it was super dramatic. Our assistant coach miscounted the points and had us losing and my coach came up to us and just shook his head... then when they announced the second place winner and it WASN'T us!! I just started bawling and continued to cry once we got on stage, lol

Cross is literally the closest bond building team sport, I miss it. What an amazing and special (AND WELL-EARNED) moment of pure joy. Amazing job you guys!

best or worst race

A little storytime from my life. Totally different activity. Marching band to be exact. Anyways. My freshman year of high school. Fall of 2015 (Outdoor) and Spring of 2016 (Indoor). It’s based on subjective scores (like 91/100). We were at the final competition of the 2015 season and we got 97.05/100 we took 2nd place out of like 8-10 bands in our division.(1at place got 97.70/100) I’m pretty sure that’s like one of the highest our school has ever gotten. When we were at awards we kept like waiting and waiting and everyone was like what is happening and everyone was freaking out when they announced it. Our season was going pretty well. We broke 90/100 early in the season and kept climbing which was awesome. Then Indoor 2016 came around and the entire battery(drums) part of our drumline decided to quit. Which was nice of them (not). So a standstill show was in order (no marching) because only the pit(front ensemble was left. We went through the season successfully without the drums and got 2/3 in our division at championships. I felt really proud and all cause we got a medal. And honestly in my opinion it’s been downhill ever since the 2015-16 seasons and it’s really sad cause I was really looking forward to winning more things and all we have gotten is 5th places and 6th places. Hopefully my last seasons this year will be the best seasons. Lol sorry that was long. Thx for reading.
