Straight out the pass till you get to the reef.

I wonder if this area reachable from deception pass state park on inflatable without the motor?

@@eugeneb78 Yes. You can put in at West Beach. Fish toward the Navy Base. Just be careful of the wind and tides. I have seen people getting crab pots with a row boat numerous times.

@@countryboy360 thank you, sir. Did you try fishing the area between bowman bay and deception island? Thinking to try there for Lingcod when season starts but not exactly sure if that’s the good spot for this.
