Ingredients:
Dough:
300 ml (1¼ cups) water
150 g (5¼ oz) butter
150 g (1¼ cups) all-purpose flour
4-5 eggs
Filling:
300 ml (1⅓ cups) 30% cream
200 g (7 oz) white chocolate
300 g (1 cup + 2 tbsp) peanut butter cream
50 g (1¾ oz) hazelnut brittle
Bake: 230°C / 446°F 10 minutes
then at 200°C / 392 °F for 10 minutes on top/bottom heat.

Looks delicious! ❤ Getting ideas for other uses for the peanut butter filling! We Americans are suckers for peanut butter and chocolate, but most peanut butter fillings and frosting are too sweet. This one sounds like it could be just right. Excited to try it!

Yes exactly, it depends on the consistency, the dough must not be stiff because you would not be able to press it out And it must not be runny either because it would suck your cookies and spill them I wish you a beautiful day

Hoi ik heb een vraagje ? Moet er op de deegrondjes geen geklutst ei op voordat de nootjes erop gaan ? Lijkt mij logischere oplossing want zo denk ik dat ze ontzettend droog worden of zit er al genoeg boter en ei in 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 dat het achterwege gelaten kan worden ? Groetjes van Petra uit Nederland.
