Ingredients:
Dough:
300 ml (1¼ cups) water
150 g (5¼ oz) butter
150 g (1¼ cups) all-purpose flour
4-5 eggs
Filling:
300 ml (1⅓ cups) 30% cream
200 g (7 oz) white chocolate
300 g (1 cup + 2 tbsp) peanut butter cream
50 g (1¾ oz) hazelnut brittle
Bake: 230°C / 446°F 10 minutes
then at 200°C / 392 °F for 10 minutes on top/bottom heat.
