WK118 DELL Wireless Keyboard & Mouse 

Model on mouse is mentioned as : MW118 Check with Dell if this model is available separately. Or you have buy any wireless mouse along with dongle. Either use one dongle of mouse and other one for key board which you already have.. Or just use one dongle and download universal wireless keyboard and mouse driver and install the driver software and sync the keyboard and mouse.

As you have lost mouse and dongle. Buy a wireless mouse and universal dongle . Download the universal receiver driver and install it. Then sync the keyboard and mouse with the dongle.

Their is no manual switch to turn off this model of dell key board.. There is only one low battery indication led light.. It consumes very less power... For better backup use Duracell battery🔋.. Or use Rechargable battery to minimize battery cost...

In this model we don't have led keyboard back light.. 🙁

No iam not facing any scroll issue with this mouse so far it's working fine.. If ur having any such issue.. Just clean the mouse at the bottom where you see the light. Just blow the dust out and clean with tissue paper...also ensure the surface is not reflective.. Try using good quality mouse pad... For you keyboard issue..it Looks like it's time for you to replace the key board battery.. Try using Duracell battery for Better back up.. Also check and update keyboard and mouse drivers...

Yes right. I'm facing a severe scrolling issues even keyboard goes to sleep if PC is turned to sleep. Infact my brother has the same model and he is also facing the same issues. Since the dongle is non - universal, I guess everything need to be replaced.

On the packing box it's mentioned as WK117 and at the bottom of actual keyboard it's mentioned as WK118.

This model key board does not have a physical on / off switch. This model consumes very less power. Battery can last for a year. use Duracell 🔋batteries... On / off switch is seen only at the bottom of mouse to turn on / off the mouse.

Try this... press Fn and then hit escape key

@@-RSIT to use the function keys F2, F12 always I had to press fn key and then F2, F12 . Also the keys insert, home also works only when I press fn key

You can reach out to Dell tech support and check if they can ship you just the dongle... Or you can try this..As you have lost dongle . Buy a universal dongle . Download the universal receiver driver and install it. Then sync the keyboard and mouse with the dongle.

Lost products Dell does not support warranty... You can purchase new dongle from Dell..

WM118 ... the 'K' in WK118 stands for Keyboard, this gets replaced by 'M' for Mouse in WM118

Yes it's supported and keyboard will work but it does not have the Apple Mac - specific keys ... Alternate key will perform the same operation.....
