Sie, die Wollwurst, ist eine geschmackliche Sensation da man sie als Bratwurst sowie aber auch als Currywurst verwenden kann und das beste ist, diese Wurst hat keine Haut!!! Das ist doch klasse! 2 g Weißer Pfeffer
0,2 g Kardamom
0,5 g Macis
0,5 g Knoblauch Granulat
Zitronen Zesten einer halben bis ganzen Zitrone
3 g KTH ( Kutterhilfsmittel ohne Umrötung = Phosphat = Backpulver )
