You do not pray for selfish reasons. Praying is for glory to God. Not for asking for things. God does not touch us in this way. He heals us spiritually. People use these fake miracles, to con you. The Lord has provided us everything we need in the physical world. He does not heal our bodies. It is out SPIRIT he cares for. Our physical bodies, are our responsibility. Please abandon selfish prayer. God doesn't not hear it. Repent, be saved. Accept your physical circumstance, and give glory to the Lord.

@@CSDisease A coincidence about 1966 "A friend Mike Zimmerman and I were in the back of the restaurant trying to think of something to do. It was hot and he decided to go back home, he lived a short ways from Me. He turned and started to walk back. He was walking towards the intersection where there was a guard rail on the corner. He got about halfway to the guardrail and I yelled at him and motioned him back to me. He turned around and walked back. I don't know why I called him he came up and said what do you want. Without even thinking I said " Where would you be right now if I hadn't called you back"? I had never pulled that trick on anyone before. I didn't know what I was going to say untill the words flew out of my mouth. He rolled his eyes and "said oh man, you rat". We laughed and then he turned around to go back home. He walked a few steps then we heard a squeal of tires a loud bang and a car came spinning around through the intersection it slammed sideways into the guardrail. "I yelled at him that's were you would have been if I hadn't called you back". He would have been squashed between the car and the guardrail. That is what happened. How can this be explained ? The older you get and the more you learn about synchronicity, the less you believe in coincidence.

I broke and posterior dislocated my left shoulder and gashed my right eyebrow during.. well I have no memory of what actually happened, I just remember waking up in blood in the middle of my room floor, right eye staring straight at the blade of my battle axe (what I’m certain put the gash over my right eyebrow, thankfully only about a quarter of an inch to half an inch of the blade was exposed passed the edge corner of my mini fridge.) I tried to rehabilitate myself, but I could’t lift my left arm at all. I kept thinking maybe it was something out of place still blocking me from using it. I could still open and close my hand but the shoulder muscles just couldn’t do anything with the arm, only shrug. Found out around 3 months after injury that it was nerve damage. And basically it could heal, it heal some, or it could be like that forever. And it broke me down. I went into prayer with Jesus. Really had long talk with Him. And hour or 2 of it I know I was awake but I ended up falling asleep praying. And woke up still thinking about it, you know how you’ll wake up from your dream basically feeling like you’re already mentally before you even get up? I went to the coffee maker, poured a cup, then reached into the cabinet and grabbed the creamer with my left hand! I didn’t even realize it. I was still in my head praying to God and talking about the prayer from the night before, and I had already decided I’m going to give my life to Him and meet Him halfway, and through my faithfulness, I may be healed later on, but even if not, I’ll have a perfect body in heaven. Anyway, I put the creamer back up (left hand again) and then it hit me. I freaked out 😂 I grabbed the creamer and put it back 2 or 3 times haha. Then ran to the mirror and did a T pose for the first time in 3 months, then flexed my lats, raised both of my arms in the air, checked all my movement basically, yelling thank you to Jesus the whole time. I ran outside to my pull-up bar and racked off 5 pull ups then did a German shoulder twist (if you know, you know, and just think this was 3 months after breaking and posterior dislocating my left shoulder.) Long story short (bc there’s way more), with God, all good is possible. My entire life has changed since being healed. I mean healed! I haven’t a single problem from my shoulder since that day. I work out, train various martial arts, work physically, and more. No problems. And I’m still just and flexible with it. The Lord is Truly Great! He healed me and saved me tho I did not deserve either.

Good questions….years ago I did a search for all the information related to this lady and her experience. Unfortunately, there was nothing there to collaborate his story on her that I could find. Perhaps it was to long ago and no records survive? Or this occurrence not as miraculous as reported? For now an unverified report is how I left it. One thing I did notice…she said she had a tracheostomy….they always leave a very visible depressed scar (often an unsightly one at that) i enlarged the screen of her talking and I cannot make out any such scar from having a hole in her neck? Perhaps just me.

1)2019 study concluded MS is misdiagnosed in 1 out of 5 cases with it predominantly taking place with women. 2) there is no medical report on this ever occurring….i looked throughly….despite the doctors recording it (allegedly). He said they did so in writing a book which is very odd. Why? People in both the medical and scientific community generally don’t take the opportunistic approach to make money or gain notoriety but rather they would submit to peer review for their peers to study and ask questions of the alleged experience to do further research and inquire more into all possibilities of what occurred….but no record of this having taken place. 3)witnesses saw it but none of them are named so no one can collaborate with them and we don’t here from any of them? 4)she claimed she had a tracheostomy…..they always leave a noticeable scar in the neck….she does not have one (that I can see) 5) considering her diagnoses of MS it took place at a time where misdiagnoses regarding MS was more common….see my first point. It is quite possible an mis diagnoses occurred regarding her symptoms? Perhaps they are overly fabricated as often happens when people like to highlight something incredible? We just don’t know 40 years after the fact….a misdiagnoses of symptoms that she recovered from cannot be ruled out…again see the 2019 medical study on MS. Her diagnoses occurred before more modern technology was available for a better diagnosis. 6) if something like this occurred one would think it should of been front page news…indeed noteworthy…but no articles other than a report with no confirmation in a local paper. Lastly….when I first heard of this story I was thrilled and excited and dove right wanting more information to prove (not to disprove)this actually took place…unfortunately….though could be true…but the evidence is not very convincing as miracles are not repeatable nor testable and the evidence for such an occurrence the criterion must be higher. For the reasons I stated it does not yet match what should be required.

What you'd want to do now is to research on her own story. She claims that there were eyewitnesses from amongst her friends and medical professionals so it shouldn't be hard. If this woman's story happened as she described it, with her suddenly jumping off the bed and her vision restored with her ability to walk along with her collapse lungs recovering, especially after being written off as dead by the medical professionals. This is NOT a placebo effect. Just do your research on her story, be open minded and come to your conclusion from that.

Therefore I don't think it's fair to just write her off, it's like someone claiming to have discovered to have cure for cancer and not checking it out. No effect! People like James Randie are willing to pay millions of dollars for a single demonstrated miracle. Nobody has ever been able to do that.

Can you show that every scientific study done on this matter has come to the conclusion you stated, or is this just a broad sweeping claim? Are the scientists doing these studies atheists or do they have an agenda to denounce miraculous events? Further, what methodologies are they using to study these events, and are they only accepting certain criteria? All of these things matter. Ultimately, people have been miraculously healed. People even saw miracles performed by God yet they still didn't believe. This ultimately is a heart issue.

Mrs Snyder's whole case is remarkable. She became ill as a teenager in the late 1960s- years younger than the normal threshold for MS, which led to delays in diagnosis.

Hmmm. Consider some things on this. 1) there is no documentation in any medical journal of this incident. 2) they did report one of the doctors wrote a book….why? Generally, data on an incident of this magnitude would be presented for others qualified to access as to its veracity. Writing a book speaks to a purpose to gain notoriety or financial gain. Most individuals in the medical and scientific profession would not go about it this way. 3) A recent 2019 study showed MS is misdiagnosed 20 percent of the time mostly in women. Her case of MS was decades ago when misdiagnoses for MS be far more common as advanced testings did not exist at the time. Her case very well may of been a misdiagnosis. 4) none of her friends who witnessed the events are named nor consulted for verification….odd. 5) she had a tracheotomy done which always leave a scar….look closely at her can you make out a scar in her neck? 6) why only a local paper reported the incident? Something of this magnitude would have been reported widely among many news outlets but was not. 7) the guy who runs this channel will delete my comment….so if you read this check back after a week and see if it still is here. If my arguments are not valid why would one delete it. 8) I want this incident to be true….that is the kicker…I looked into it being mightily impressed and wanted to use this case….but after researching I found numerous holes as mentioned above.

Meaning, not enough evidence, questionable evidence, untrustworthy witnesses, unprofessional documentation, etc. The modern world demands certain kinds of proofs presented in certain acceptable ways. But as that skeptic David Hume pointed out centuries ago, there is no way to either prove or disprove that a miracle occurred. Miracles are one-time events, but the sort of evidence the modern world accepts requires repetition.

I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict. @@hitman5782I can, my son when he was 6 weeks old we were visiting family in Tennessee for Christmas and he had what we thought was a cold but it got really bad within a day or two of being there. Went to emergency room, said he had rsv and they did an X-ray of his lungs and it showed a hole in his lung. He was in the Knoxville rainbows and babies picu wing and through mainly my wife’s prayers and of course friends and family he almost over night recovered and the next day did not have a hole in his lung. The nurses were amazed and even said normally you have to stay in hospital to make sure he’s good but bc he was doing so good and did a 180 and it was Christmas Eve they let us go home and then we had to drive 8-9hrs back home 🙃but still it was providential from the Lord and I nor any genuine believer knows why some get healed and some don’t but it doesn’t change anything. The promise/covenant is for salvation, healing is a side note and a blessing but the salvation of one’s soul is the true miracle. If anything the healing of one’s heart through salvation is even more profound than physical healing.

By the way, the same authors also wrote that hordes of undead walked around in Jerusalem. Good, your a skeptic, we all should be skeptical. But don't just sit down there and say 'I don't know ' throughout your life...what you should do is go after seeking truth. So go out there, look up testimonies and so called 'miracles' , look at medical records of cases that were ruled of as being untreatable but were mysteriously healed. Look at medical studies on such cases. Start with this Woman's case. And be open minded to the possibility of a super-natural. I mean let's be honest, the most likely explanation for the natural universe is a supernatural one, so consider this possibility and look through her case.

I'm not one to subscribe to conspiracy theories but I'm afraid this may happen way more often than we think. I mean some scientists see the supernatural as undermining science because they have to admit that there are things science can't ever explain. How would science account for angels or demons!?...so they simply push this aside. Look at every devout atheist, they always say that anything supernatural has to be a hallucination.

Faith is all it takes to be saved . Faith= Loyal Believing. Literally the biblical use of the word. Not only to take Him at His word in belief, but be loyal to Him not any other god or idol. Read Hebrews 11 Also the theif on the cross a good example of this . But to your question tons of people were “saved” through their loyalty and faith in Yahweh before Christ physically showed up. Hence Hebrews 11, it talks about some of them.
