The problem is, women's bad choices are rewarded. When they get pregnant to a loser criminal, the state gives them money, housing and a meal ticket. Then they will chase the man to get him to pay them too. This encourages the worst kind of people to have children, the children grow up to do the same thing.

@@zannadunstrand6289 she had then returned, it’s hard to award money for emotion distress. that’s why she didn’t get money for the ashes. these are the terms to have a valid claim “you must show (1) the distress is more than fleeting, (2) the defendant's conduct caused the distress, and (3) the distress is medically significant” if she never got them back, she wouldve won on that claim.

What she really meant is "I have no self-esteem and I'm desperate for any scraps I can get". I know, I made that mistake when I was quite young because my parents were physically and psychologically abusive and my narcissistic mother stripped away any little bit of self-esteem I had and made me feel totally worthless. It took me decades to learn better. Thank God I raised my children differently. I'm very proud of their successes.

I think she was considering awarding the plaintiff something for the stolen ashes, but when she said "Well I love him." JJ was done. Both of them are a waste of time. I think Famous stole the ashes because I think if the crazy defendant had done it she would have been dumped the ashes in the trash rather than returned. And I think Famous sent the nudes then claim the plaintiff “hacked” his FB page. Anyway if these women want to be dumb and argue over a POS I don’t feel badly for them.
Those two really are a piece of work if they think that once that guy is released from jail he's going to come back home to either one of them.
