That 911 dispatcher was correct. Just because he broke a rule doesn't give that couple the right to hit him. They could've just called the cops and not make their presence known, that way he won't leave the scene and the cop can scold him. This isn't to get OP in trouble, because again it doesn't matter if he broke a rule, they had no right to touch him and engaging was counter productive of their overall goal of having him be reprimanded for fishing. These old folks need to learn that gone are the days where you can just police other people's kids by taking their stuff or physically hitting them. Call them out of course, but theft and assault are crimes.

Exactly. Even if you let someone know they’re breaking the law or ordinances and they ignore you, the next step is calling the non emergency line and giving the responsibility to enforce the law to the officers.

21:40 this is what it is: in my opinion from past experience, Racist servers and bartenders automatically assume black people wont tip or will leave a bad tip so they automatically give them back burner service, which is weird, because thats HOW you get a bad tip, while prioritizing people that "look" like they will tip great! Thats most likely why, in my opinion, the staff is prioritizing the old drunks, which I hope ended up hilarious as it usually does when you make assumptions and they ACTUALLY left a small tip, no where NEAR what the staff were expecting, and they deserve it. They are what's wrong with that industry! DO NOT be like them, trust me, and then you Will make good money. In real life who is actually going to tip more, in my opinion? A lot of people use prepaid cards to pay bills! Many people do not have credit cards or don't want to use their debit cards for internet transactions. It is the smart thing to do! It is not unusual at all. That lady was a Karen however. You do have to call the number on the card to get a refund or get credit. Once you buy one it's not the stores responsibility. It says it on the packaging. This upload was full of racist Karen's and ugliness! I think I need a shower now. 😮 ✌

A Green Dot card isn't a gift card. Lots of people who don't have checking accounts but are required to pay bills online. When they're threatening to turn off your power, it's extremely important for that card to work.

A bully who's clearly not used to consequences. Also, used to getting her own way. Personally despite that she and her husband are right that the kid wasn't supposed to be fishing there, they had no right to touch his stuff and get physical. They could've just as easily informed him that fishing there is against the law and if he refuses to stop then call the police. Even if he was breaking the law he should still press charges because it's the only way people like them will learn. He'd probably get off with a warning and they could be charged for assault on a minor. It's good that some of the others walking by supported him. This took place in London, Ontario and we Canadians don't claim that couple.
