I’m trying to find a replacement brake caliper for a 200cc China ATV. It’s identical to a Yamaha blaster 200 caliper except it’s like a mirrored image version (reverse engineering haha) do you know where I might be able to find one? Can’t find anywhere online.
"Reverse engineering " 😆. What I usually do is look up tao tao chinese or Sunto atv 200 rear brakes and try to match pictures and measurements on Amazon or ebay.
Hey quick question, my son’s pedal has started bottoming out which I now know is due to low brake fluid. What dot brake fluid should I be using and should I just top of the fluid or go ahead and top off and bleed?
It’s usually stamped on the cap but most are DOT3. Try to top off level, replace cap and pump several times. If that doesn’t do it, bleeding is probably necessary. Best of luck to you
The caliber’s 10mm bolts came out and are lost. Are they fine or corse threads and what length are they? I got two 8mm and two 10mm bolts today and of course the 8mm’s were to small but the 10mm’s seems barely to large.
I've found 4 different models all for the same atv. I usually have to compare pictures on Amazon and ebay to find the right one. Start with a search like "Chinese atv 125 complete brake system" and start comparing pictures and measurements. Good luck and let me know if I can help.

I'm having the same issue with the caliper. The new calipers mounts are 2 1/4 in from the pad bracket slide and the old 2 5/8 from the PAD bracket slide. Haven't found one yet that the mounting bracket is tall enough. Probably the same is yours. My issue is the caliper so going have to either find one or come up with a way to remount.
