I love love love how your piecing the “Wonky” & “Straight” Log Cabin blocks together. As well as being soooo creative with your large & small blocks. Thanks so much for being who you are! 💙
These tutorials had been arrived on the perfect time, I am preparing a workshop with that subject on my studies! And also I have quite a bit of blocks of different sizes, it would be great to know how to bring them together. Thank you Rob, you are an inspiration for the creativity!
I have a bunch of different size quilts I would love to sees that n the future. I I live in a log cabin and have not made myself a log cabin quilt yet. It may just be a wonky one that is more my style. Thank you sew much. I have been following you for years adn think of you when I use my shark. :)
Definitely interested in a video about different sized blocks in the same quilt. I am working on one now in sections but I have not figured out how to get the sections together.
Love it!! One day soon, how about the Curved log cabin and it s lay outs?? Still receiving lots of energy boosts, good audio AND terrific colors. thanks! Love it when you vocally and body language stress your encouragements.
Watching you, I thought it would be great to cut the angle on the block then match the new strip to that edge. I think it gives more control over the angles.
Good afternoon Rob, flower, i love seeing a new post from you and even watching it perhaps for a 2nd or 3rd time, ;D. That digital design tool for the phone makes some gorgeous looking quilt designs that could say you a lot of heartache when you make up your quilt, only to hate how it has turned out and it wasn't going to look like that in your mind, or you don't remember it going to turn out that wrong. Although i am one of those pain in the postieror sewers (as 1 quilt double size and a dollies pram and cradle set don't qualify me as a quilter yet) that like precise seams and cuts(the brain can't cope with anything other than straight), i do love the last design that your quirky tool came up with. The orange and purples theme is not one that i would have chosen, but it's amazing how it looks right when you see the blocks all put together. Thank you Rob for bringing brightness and spring into our lives, you should be something that you can get on prescription to put a boost into us. Your happy, springy approach makes things fun and brings blue skies to some very dark days. Sending you hugs from Scotland flower, thank you
Hey Rob‼️ That quilt that you are making is GORGOUS‼️😍 💜💙💚💛🧡❤ However when I make wonky log cabins, they are VERY wonkey‼️😍 Thrn i square the block after I finish it😎
