Hi! Thank you for the comment. We move them manually from the sealer and the scaler, then we place it onto a europallet. The europallet is moved via a pallet mover/transpallet. But actually everything is mainly manual, we don't have an automatic/robotized end of line station. hope this reply to your question!

Hi! Thank you for the comment! Bags are from 15 to 20 kg, it depends ont client requests. The mean value is about 18kg. Years ago we weighted each bag, then, after adding/removing material to reach the desired set point, we had to seal the plastic bag, then pack all of it. Nowadays, to speed up the process, we fill roughly 10x bags, we seal 9 of them, then we weight all these 10x bags onto an industrial scale and we correct the final weight into the last bag. We seal it, then we pack everything. You won't have all the bags the same weight, you vary from 16 to 19 kg, let's say. But the final sold quantity will be correctly measured. It really depends on the wood that has to be pelletized (soft or hard) and on the mechanical regulation (ring die, compression...these aspects). It really depends on the wood that has to be pelletized (soft or hard) and on the mechanical regulation (ring die, compression...these aspects). Ciao! l'umidità è un punto fondamentale. Noi stiamo intorno al 10%-15%. Di meno o di più non si pelletta, non sta insieme nulla. Innanzitutto bisogna capire se sei sul troppo secco o troppo bagnato. Poi, domanda: che tipi di legno usi? perché se sono poi troppo duri fanno fatica a stare insieme di loro. Anche la pura segatura, troppo fine, non produce un buon pellet. Ti consiglio di guardare il video in cui spiego in dettaglio la macchina pellettattrice, lo vedi sul canale. Di fatto però cvi vorrebbe un mix segatura - cippato macinato fine. Poi vedi se sei secco o bagnato e correggi di conseguenza. In alcuni contesti noi mettiamo materiale più umido per correggere quello troppo secco, oppure il viceversa. Fammi sapere se sono stato chiaro. Ciao!

@@tyod8270 You can ask for sure, glad that you are interested in! No, in the PRODUCTION mixture there are no additives, neither any mineral/organic oil. In the "closing' mixture, the one we added both at the turn on and turn off of the machine, contains organic oil (by the way, the one for frying, the exausted one). This is to avoid material stucked into the holes of the ring die. But we remove it from the final product, the one we sell, because its not part of the final product. Hope I replied to your question!
