EDIT: This was directed to a deleted comment. Not the OP. No he didn't. Just watch the replay in slow motion. Till was wide stance, measured and followed up with a jab and a shovel uppercut with the lead hand. He didn't even land either of them and overstepped. He rushed his straight and got blasted by Woodleys counter right square on the chin. It honestly reminds of of when Rockhold threw that stiff jab at Bisping. He also overstepped right into a combo counter shot. When you over commit with offensive footwork and have your chin out in the air you just get blasted.
@@SliceofBread123 All jokes aside I think his greatest line ever was "But that is not the cloth from which he is cut" right before Leon knocks Usman tf out. That shit gave me goosebumps.
Seeing this type of videos, when you can see a fighter's prime, one of many things you should think is: this fucking sport evolve so freakin fast, that it's "normal" to see the decadence of some fighters as fast as they rised. Still wishing Till can bounce back, and for Woodley... wish him a good life, because he was something else at a certain moment.
Look at Till though. Completely over committed with that double right and tried to throw that left from such a short distance. He was already in range to get countered, and made it worse by having that chin straight up in the air.
*Till went blind during the weight cut. He looks so unhealthy here.* Worried too much about making weight. Way too drained. He was too passive, he was too worried about the takedowns.
'Oh look at this, Till turns him around' >Dan resets Woodley and Till back to the centre every single time Poor Till, he had every single opportunity and yet he just achieved zilch against a dominant Woodley.
This was when Tyron was a feared and respected champion. And before he turned into a complete joke thirsting after paydays from RU-vidrs, getting flat KO'd by Disney kids, releasing shitty rap albums and starring in F films.
This was peak Woodley, if this version of him fought the current top 5 he losses to Leon, Usman, Covington, Khamzat, Burns, Shavkat, but he beats the rest in the top 10.
Woodley went from legend to complete joke of the mma world. His last fights where he literally wouldn’t let his hands go. The horrible music he tried to do and the constant racism is what finally made he the laughing stock.
