I'm thinking of doing some Time Lapse videos so they will be easier to edit and load on to YT. That is if I can work out how to do it on my camera. LOL. Like the pen and turning between centres to make pens is something I have now got used to and I find it better than using a mandrel as there is no flex. Quite happy to watch you turning without the chat and good luck with the markets.

Thanks Paul. I agree it felt really solid between centers and my mandrel is the Axminster Evolution mandrel so it is very solid.. I think I will continue to turn between centers unless it is a two piece pen. Still not sure how I'm going to do the filming for thee odd videos. What do you think about Timelapse videos. Actually, I prefer the geometry that you ended up with. I think if all the lines emanated from the same point it would looked crowded. Yours looks elegant and spacious, and a sort of seashell feel to the geometry. Cheers Huw, that's a super little pen, glad it passed Jane's Quality Control Department.

Good luck with the markets Huw! Last year was quite rough in the markets apart from the November ones for many crafters in this area but I'm sure there are huge regional variations. I pretty much always use the skew now on wooden pens. I just wish I had more time to turn but I've got to many projects on the go!!🤷‍♂️ All the best, Dave

Thanks Doug, Some people hate dialogue. If I do some I'll put a note in the description so you don't watch. It will only be a few so that I can get on with turning all the bits I need to get done. Videoing a project takes at least twice as long as making the same project without recording it and then there is the time taken to edit and upload to YT which can take even longer than making the project.
