when watching wooyoung's documentary, i was surprised that the ateez member with the most impactful presence in the film was hongjoong rather than san or yeosang. hongjoong called him his little brother multiple times, related him to a light because he sparkles so much on and off stage, and continuously asked people to take care of him. i love my topaz :(
I think this is Wooyoung's charm... When I first got to know ATEEZ, I was a bit put off by how loud Wooyoung seemed - but he has this way of getting into your heart through his relentless affection and love. After watching how much love and affection he showers on his members (as well as their staff and other artists), I've fallen for this guy. He really is such a unique person.
yeah for sure! I think I felt similarly. He's quite hyper and can be a bit much but, even though he's quite showy about his behaviour, I believe it all to be very genuine. He seems to not hold back when he feels happy and to not pretend to be happy when he's not feeling it so it makes him feel really "real", you know? He's definitely extra unique
I really do agree, that's why i think we won't see a group as successful as Ateez be formed easily (in kq or outside) cz as Hj said his personality is so unique and makes the vibe warmer and safer for people wanting to stan Ateez
Yeah, I am the same. I didn’t like his style at first, but he’s growing on me. Even though he starts all sorts of things, he also lets things go pretty easily and that is a great quality in a human

I love these two and how they interact together. You can tell there’s a lot of love between them. Hongjoong is one of the only members who dishes the teasing back to Wooyoung in a similar way and I think that is why they have good chemistry.
Coming back in 2023 and u know what, they are so clingy and affectionate with each other now. Being roomates did magic to them. I just love them very much
I LOVE the TOPAZ dynamic since it’s so genuine. It’s everything rolled up into one. They tease & annoy each other without either one getting offended in the slightest. But they also give each other heartfelt compliments & take care of each other too. You can tell that Wooyoung really admires Hongjoong & HJ adores Wy for the love & levity he brings into his life.
Aww!! don’t really know how to describe the dynamic they have but they definitely enjoy teasing each other and it is really fun to watch. You can tell they really adore the other when they are seriously talking about one another. It's funny how much their bond has grown even over the last year or so! I think that Hongjoong is someone who holds a lot of love but doesn't always feel confident showing it, but Wooyoung is so openly affectionate that it makes it easier for him to do so? It's really sweet. Also the way that they can pick on each other while always taking such good care of each other adds a sort of lightness to their dynamic (this is true for all the members, tbh, but it's super obvious here!)

Mingi took a break in late 2020 until mid 2021 and a small break some time in 2019 I believe so sometimes you'll see content during that time without him

Lolll I think it's a bit of a cultural difference but he is indeed saying that Hongjoong's assertiveness is an attractive feature that surprised him in how he felt affected by it in one way or another
