The shipping is way too much. If it took longer to get it shipped, that would be okay, but the fact that the shipping is the DOUPLE of what the bands cost, I just can't do it.😞

I have followed Abby for the last couple years and totally respect and appreciate the time, research, topics, and execution of her exercises, food & nutrition, and mental support when it comes to healthy lifestyles and physical activity. I am very disappointed, as a Canadian, to know she lives here and yet the currency listed is in American dollars. Abby has a wonderful & growing platform... Why not proudly continue & advertise on a Canadian business model? Especially at a time when exercise & eating routines are changing from gyms & restaurants to home based. Abby has had a positive & realistic response to these changes... And both her physical & nutritional lifestyle & implementation through research has been highly motivating and greatly appreciated. Please continue to highlight where designed and implemented, as we as Canadians are having to shift how and what we do, how and where we can shop or source resources that are used and promoted by her. Personally, I hate watching and reading Americans list and suggest products, etc, which can only be found in American stores. I wanted to order them but then I realized that Shipping is very expensive. I am in Toronto, Canada and I was not expecting for shipping to be this expensive since I believe you are in Canada too. Why is there no option for local shopping?

I got fabric bands just like these from amazon, but honestly they don't stretch as much as my plastic bands, so I have not figure out to use them except for squatting. Can't really do kickbacks with them.

thank you Abby :) now that I workout with patience and in coordination with breathing I'm able to do way more reps and feel more intensity without getting tired or overwhelmed too fast :D I am an anxious person so too many heartbeats freak me out 😹 now that I do my reps slow I feel them way harder so I feel like I'm going to see results soon. But the bands are the same as Fit Direct bands that I own xD I love you Abby but they already exist and they are also 30 euros for 3 of them. Although I live in europe, not sure where the company is.

I would love to get these bands but I live in New Zealand. The shipping along with the weak NZD currency is just too much of a loss for me :(

Abby! Why when I use the bands and workout and do like donkey kicks or kick backs etc. It’s always the leg that’s stationary that I feel my glute activated and not the glute that’s doing the kick back etc !!! Drives me nuts

I have never shopped for bands before but now I'm getting hammered with ads for bands. You said you tried all the popular ones and weren't happy... And not even happy with your samples. I did pre-order because I trust you but I don't understand why they are different. I mean they all look the same... Some have the anti-slip lining.
