This one is for the cheesecake people! I randomly got a super early morning shift so I decided to vlog it and show you all the massive process of opening the bakery in the Cheesecake Factory! I was BEYOND tired but filming this definitely made things much more tolerable so hopefully you all enjoy this one!

Is it usual that you work alone? or is it a deal of half alone in the morning and someone else comes in at noon to help for the rest of your shift?

So I don't work there anymore and it might be different now, but at the time of filming this video it was usually half and half where someone would come to help you later in the day(sometimes a bit earlier too like right when the restaurant opens).

For hostess do hostess serve and buss tables cuz I'm honestly not interested in serving and bussing tables Isn't that what the servers and bussers are for

Hostess thankfully only check in guests and bring them to their tables. They may have you help with to go orders occasionally though, but that only requires you to give orders to guests and that's it.

I just got a job at cheesecake and the are making it sound like it’s hell like to the wolves and survive I don’t think it’s that deep but does anyone know how “hard” BOH is or is it easy to learn but the volume makes it hard??

I didn't work BOH so I can't really say much, but it does admittedly seem like alot of work and there's alot of late nights and long days. But if you're good with handling stress and are a quick learner then you will be okay I'm sure. The people are really friendly usually too

How is the experience working at the Cheesecake Factory?

It can be very rewarding but also very tiring. If you can handle fast paced environments and alot of pressure, then you can definitely do well working here. Also the coworkers are great

@@alexistovar9882 so it's minimum wage for nearly every position apart from manager, line Cook, and dishwashers in pretty sure. Though I don't know how much they specifically get paid I do know it's more for them. And back of the house is very busy but also very controlled and very heavy on the teamwork

@B_E_N_N_Y Thank you for the information. I am a dishwasher. But I also help with the front house.. Basically, take out the food. Clean tables and prep.

Does sounds tiring/rewarding, at the same time. I know you guys have had a surge in business, due to that stilly "Cheesecake Factory lady"/list?

Ohhhh yeah haha I think that's definitely helped business. Our cheesecake is still a bit slow at the moment but it's probably going to pick up especially with the holidays coming up
