I've been grinding so hard building my business. Putting in the work, perfecting my brand. And I make projections, and feel confident about the path I'm on. But I discovered that just by me working hard, in my purpose, people take notice. I now have investors. I told somebody the other day, it's an amazing feeling to have investors, but not really need them. Yes they can fast track your goals, but to know God is funding you, and you're going to make it with OR without them, is such an incredible feeling.
Running your own business is not for the faint of heart. As a business owner, I work smarter and harder and I enjoy every minute of it. My company offers products and services and our prices are substantially higher than most if not all of my competitors. I've been in business for eight years and I'm practically dominating the industry in my area and it is not easy. It is very hard work especially as a black woman.
I needed to hear this👍🏽. I’m on this journey now. There is no getting around hard work. The bias is definitely out there but I refuse to let it stop me. Thanks for the encouragement.
💯. This was good. I have been guilty for saying this, and now my mind has been renewed bc you’re right. Good, integral work, you still have to put in the work, whatever it is. That’s just the principle. When you work smart, you actually have the formula so you don’t mind putting in the work and working harder. It’s those who don’t work smart find themselves working g so hard into exhaustion and frustration. Good word😊
My interpretation of working smarter not harder is let’s say you have to clean a floor. Working hard is sweeping it with a broom, working smarter is using a vacuum. Either way you are going to have to put in work however sometimes there’s a smarter way to accomplish your goals.
Why is Tony Gaskins channel not moving up in numbers quick enough, makes me wonder because other channels are moving up in subscribers so fast. Makes me wonder if RU-vid limits his videos being seen, or if other channels are paying for ghost subscribers.
