I started this workout about two weeks ago and I love it!! It's easy to do, you don't need any weights or a gym, and you can pace yourself depending on how many rounds you do.
Workout Description:
20 Jump Squats
20 Plank Arm Touches
10 Side Plank w/ Crunches (or hold side plank for 30 seconds for beginners)
20 Donkey Kicks
20 Fire Extinguishers
10 Burpees
20 Toe Touches
20 Squats
1 - 2 minute Rest
x7 Sets ( or 3-5 for beginners)
