I got one of those units for my 2017 F150 Lariat. After watching a few presentations I have realized that the unit supposed to show a door ajar icon when you open the door. But mine doesn’t do it. Also if I try to use the units radio I don’t get any sound from it.

How about the microphone ? Is it built in the system or does it use the oem mic. A lot of this device issues is when you make a phone call the voice quality is not good. Thanks

There is a mic built into the screen however we do provide an external mic that connects in the back.

I recently installed the 4.5 inch screen however, I have no sound or no back up camera. I do have my sync installed.

In the video, it looks like the orange lights in the HVAC buttons are flickering. Is that going to happen if I buy and install this screen?

That is just the camera creating that effect , your HVAC buttons will not flicker with our kit.

Can you buy your own cameras to put in the grill and bottom of stock mirrors to have the 360 system work? Or is there an after market 360 system than can be added?

We haven't tested it ourselves however you should be able to connect additional cameras.

@WorkshoptwelveConnect just got mine yesterday, and only one camera input is in the harness. So, you can add one camera or need a birds eye system for multiple inputs. Ordered one will update on how it turns out next month when it arrives from China.

Yes you can, however this unit does not come with SUB OUT. However, you can always connect a subwoofer by using a RCA LOC.

only issue that im having when i connect to android autoplay no sound is coming out of the speakers for the navigation or music calling is working fine. anyone know how to fix this issue
