I once lost my wallet at work. Sitting at my office chair, got up and found it had slipped out my pocket. Completely missing. Looked under the chair etc. Confused as hell. Had to cancel cards and order new ones. Next day, sat down on the same chair, there was a thud and my wallet fell out the gap between the chair seat and the recliner mechanism where it had lodged and been invisible as both were a black colour. D'oh moment...

You mean the 154 Tomahawk cruise missiles? The Ohio is a SSGN now. Got converted to Special mission boat from 2003 to 2006. Edit: Block IV and V TLAMs also have sea attack capability since last year.

I'm pretty sure the Brits have done it too, after all how many unique ship names can a country come up with after being a navel superpower for the better part of the last millennium? one way or the other I'm sure that Jingles would know.

You missed the death of the second Petro, same as Jingles, he also missed it. The second enemy Petro actually died in an attempt to ram the Moskva, but the Moskva had a ramming-flag and survived it.

@@jvccr7533 thats not it. He never learned to admit his mistakes and goes through extreme mental gymnastics to blame it on everything but himself. That is a quality most parents forget to install on their kids, admitting mistakes/defeat. It's the same with religious people or flat earthers who get confronted by scientific proof and suddenly mathematics is incorrect bc otherwise it disproved their views.

My record on a Yammy was 89k in one salvo. The Yamato decided, that it was a good idea to leave the cover of an island, 4km away from my Montana, giving me a full broadside.😂

I remember this one 3v3 ranked battle when I brawled a Musashi in my Alaska and won with most of my health intact. Scored at least 8 citadels through her cheek. Then I ran into a spread of Neptune torps and died. We lost that match, due to our BB being AFK.

My greatest moment was when I oneshot a Kremlin in Yamato. She was like 7km away and gave a flat broadside, got 8 or 9 cits and removed a Kremlin from the board, it was wonderful

He had ignored my poor Tier 8 ass completely, my secondaries worked him over nicely while he was busy firing at some other Tier 10 BB. Then hit him right in the flank, perfect 90° angle, not a single shot missed. 8 freaking citadels, best I ever got. The salt in chat was real...

That torpedo story reminds me of the time I played with my Indianapolis, one of my teammates got struck with torpedoes and they immediately went "Watch your torps Indy", I told him Indianapolis does not have torpedoes, right before the game ended, then afterwards he messaged me apologising and saying he reported me... Before remembering that Indianapolis does indeed not have any torpedo launchers. Had a good chuckle out of that one, at least they were kind enough to admit their mistake

Hey Jingles, thanks for reminding me of that time I went to a bar to have a whisky and write a note to myself on what I wanted to reply to a certain someone's message. I did so, then found myself walking towards home, and saw a very drunk girl stumble. So I helped her up, helped her friends get her a taxi, and ended up talking to one of her friends. We went to a few places, and at some point I wrote down my contact data. Later on, I helped this girl find a taxi as well, and gave her the note with my contact data so we might get to know each other better in less fickle circumstances. So I walked home, emptied my pockets, and there was a note. It had my contact data on it. Ah, the side effects of whisky...

Jingles, I worked in both Customer Services and Tech Support. My customers and the sheer amount of ethanol I consumed to cope with the stupid already killed any of my brain cells that were weak enough to succumb, the rest just got stronger and angrier :)

While we’re sharing, I once had the locks replaced on a rental. I can tell you it’s a hell of a job when you don’t have the keys to the actual lock. The locksmith handed me the keys to the new lock which I proceeded to put in my jeans pocket. At least I thought I had. Just before he was about to depart I put my hands into my pockets and....no keys. I checked the back pockets, checked the front pockets again then scoured every inch that I had been over since being handed the keys. No luck. The locksmith was just about to start drilling out the brand new lock when I finally checked the fob pocket in my jeans (the little inner pocket in the front pocket) and found the key had slipped down in there and thus eluded all my frantic searching. The locksmith called me an idiot and left.

to be fair on the Moskva's initial use of radar: Since there are no carriers around that would pick up most surface ships within minutes anyway, it is useful information to know where the Petropablovsk is, especially for the DD. So while it was certainly not very effective, at least it also was not completely useless.

The thing I like most about these types of videos is that these peoples’ screen names are on full display. No protecting the weak, no care for their thoughts, just out there for all to see and ridicule and avoid. That Yammy could have turned to port, attempt bow on and probably survived maybe 3-5 minutes longer, who knows. But no. And never let it be said that just because someone has a Thunderer that they’re LEET. Anyone could have bought it with coal. Even the lowest common denominator.

I work as an exterminator and while at a house i saw a cats bowl of water and thought to myself " its a bit low, i should fill it" thinking it was my own cats bowl. 10 full seconds of spraying chemical into a bowl my brain kicked in and was like what in the hell am i doing!? Damn Jingles, this was really all kinds of fantastic. A hilarious case of stupidness even in T10 When covit19 came you saw people coming in buy a ship from the store, don't know what the hack what they were doing. And drag you into their bad play and you have to carry it across the game. Even now with ranked I see a Riga trying to take on a petro without backup... Realy is this the player base these days... Well, at least I have lots of fun in my Pommern. I hope they are not gonna change that ship ever...

Agreed. Coop is the place to be if you're doing missions. Random is somewhat acceptable, but you're still potentially letting your team down by focusing on the mission instead of the win. I would never make a mission based choice in Ranked.

Lost my keys once while working on a thermostat behind a desk. Couldn't find them for three days. Had to use a taxi and a locksmith to get in my home to get my spare keys. Keept looking for those damd keys on the desk, under the desk, under the radiator, behind the radiator and in the radiator. Keept asking the cleaning ladies and office staff about them. Nothing found. By chance durring search attempt four laying on the ground under the desk I spotted my keys. That bundle was hanging on a power cord behind the computer under the desk. It never hit the flor, made no noise and was therefor missing for three days. D'oh moment... The keys I believe were stored in an alternate dimension.

I play this game ALOT while drunk(currently am)...I can't fathom how he thought he was angled, I guess 90° is technically an angle?

Yes, but 90 degrees to anything is technically a FLAT angle, so 180.

Well jingles the second enemy petro I think did the right move since he saw that he was buggered either way (reversing out would have got him killed too) and so moved forward and try to ram the moskva to at least get an roughly equal trait, but as you can see at 9:35 the Moskva survived the ram.
