he is titan skating with macros there is no way you would make those jumps without it it is impossible i cant wait till the nerf titan skating this is cheating this is why he got kicked out of clan redeem bc he fucked up so many speed runs by cheating the system
@shawn whitworth The reasons why he can go so far is because of a mix of Lion Ramparts which doubles lift duration, and catapult lift, which boosts you forward in the direction you are facing. Titan skating to my knowledge can only be done on the ground as you need enough lift duration to be able to spam it and every time you activate lift again it takes a significant portion of your lift duration. Any Titan with Catapult lift and Lion Ramparts could do that jump with enough practice, which he has.
I can never find a good group of friends like I used to in destiny. Before rise of iron me and 5 other friends I knew irl used to play all the time but they quit and had to find new people to play with. Which I usually carry which doesnt make the game fun for me having to constantly wipe or restart to get it down. Raids can take upwards of 3-4 hours for me, so it makes me happy some people have awesome friends to hang out with on a game they all enjoy. Keep up the good content my dude
Back in D1 on PS3 it took me 4 years to get a raid team that could beat VOG without quitting on me. Not kidding. Then found a super group of guys speed running it. They added me and it was like magic. I could barely keep up on my hunter. They also took me through Kings fall . A great fire team makes all the difference in the world.
Do you even know that there is a "shortcut" (which by the way is the normal way for me, because this is how i discovered it), and will save you 3-4 minutes of your time?
This entire run was absolutely insane ! It was so good and overpowering, I found myself LAUGHING !! What just about ASTONISHED me, was watching that Titan BLOW through the jumping puzzle like hopping over a mud puddle !!! I tried this with my Titan (no Lion Rampart boots) and twice with my Warlock (before I got the Transversive Steps. Would they help??) and I'm actually embarrassed to admit how far I made it. I never even made it to the first "fight", and only fired a weapon once at a sniper, who "one shotted" me while I was jumping. (PRICK!!) That jumping puzzle was a NIGHTMARE!! I found MORE WAYS to die than I thought were possible. This is gonna take some practice! I KNEW I wasn't gonna succeed on my first, 2nd or 3rd tries. Now I KNOW I'm not gonna make it on my 4th, 5th, or 6th either. Somewhere down the line, I gotta get that sniper. PS. I finally got it, just in time for the nerf .
@@LJ01 Actually, I got it a couple of weeks after I left that post (hard to believe that was A YEAR AGO). After about 20 unsuccessful attempts at trying to solo it, I finally gave up and did it with a team. I don't know if I could EVER solo that.
Damn this takes me back. Such a different game now. So many issues now. I know issues were big back then too but the way the game is frustrating and dull.
Mind doing a comparison between *Sole Survivor* and *Tranquility* ? They both can role “Firing Line” but have a different set of perks in different places. And that’s not including the ease of access to obtain each weapon, they’re both adaptive frames .
Looking at the super gain, you really need to have Enhanced Heavy Lifting on your helm. It'd give you super before the 2nd room and speed you up a fair bit.

Can you still get the whisper or is it like the black spindle quest in D1 where its only around for a little while? I'm just getting caught up in destiny so I'd like to know if I can nab it still
Wait, can't you get Black Spindle at any time? You can just select the mission from Orbit and simply make it Heroic, can't you? Pretty sure that's how I did it.

no and no. I have the masterwork which increases reload and also a power reload mod. The jump is the exact same I have Lion Ramparts and catapult and space it out so it refills over time
Things aren't different, players are, PC players are competitive, always looking to understand and exploit mechanics and maps to get an edge, console players are casuals who don't think about nor understand the game they are playing and just like to bitch and whine.
WOW! This guys jump is off the hook. I must admit that I've never used a Titan. I've always mained Hunters and Warlocks. Is there an Exotic for either of them that will offer the same or similar perks as the Lion Rampant?

Zander E maybe. If that Titan jumping is only doable on pc then pc is much easier and less skill is required. I can't jump like that on console even with lion rampants on

yeah, but i don't see why they are complaining. it is still a valid record and even if they won't accept it as console, it is still a pc record. so i really don't see the problem

GT-Oldschool the game doesnt run faster on pc it is his field of view is switched to 105 degrees. Its hard to explain but basically it lets him see more of his peripheral vision and gives the game a fish eye effect. It looks like you run faster but also everything looks farther away. Tldr, increased fov makes it look like he is running faster and everything is farther.
You guys make it look so easy, when me and my friend tried it. We struggled, and didn't make it. And when we finally arrived at the boss area, the time ran out just as the first boss spawned. I doubt we will be able to get it any time soon.... Edit: We died alot aswell which cost us alot of time.
Brian Howard they would have left 10 minutes be because they haven't macros on controller. I ran this with my team in 10 minutes on ps4 and we was fast as hell

William Carroll if you actually played the game on console you will see that there massive physics differences. you can’t jump like that on a console titan.your comment proved you don’t even play the game.

So I was not able to get swarm of the raven with Spike grenades after 15 drops. How is edge transit with Spike grenades? Should I use that vs an arc 150 grenade launcher with Spike grenades.
so i got a question; the modifier that says "damage is dependent on how much blight essence host has" does that count ass 100% if you have finished the catalyst ? or does it go back to 0% (no damage buff) if you already finished the catalyst (have box breathing) ?

Some hilarious comments. One specifically: "doesn't count it was on pc" Not the exact wording but close enough to it. So many comments of people saying just because its on pc it isn't good or doesn't count. Im an Xbox player myself and understand the advantages of a pc. I play on a somewhat potato of one as well. But still highly impressive that they accomplished this.

Around 6:00 ya i saw his health pop back up a little. Happens to me all the time with any enemy. Crucible too i been having problems but I'm willing to sum that up to my internet. Buck shots not dealing damage, getting shot in cover, shit like that
