HooooooLy! Now that is a nice display of a TON of vintage HW's.... I will always admire one of my greatest influences... Thank you Mike. Hands down the best show of a collection of merit. Keep the legend strong! Loved the video... took ma an hour to watch 15 minutes (pause/play) :)
Mike, I really thought that I have way to many HW's. I have to say I feel better about my 4000 carded and 5 or 600 loose cars. You have an unbelievably outstanding collection that I could never attain. You should be VERY proud of what you have. Thank You for sharing this with us.
Mr. Mike You are amazing .... I am Ansh from India ... This video Give me Happiness ... I feel so nice I am in A Silence ... YOU ARE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 OP OP OP .. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ YOU SIR .. THANKS A LOT FOR THIS TREASURE ...
Saw so many sets I had as a kid in the late 70’s-early 80’s. Wish I could go back in time and saved everything as well as got more! Thanks Mike this was one of my favorite videos pal! Happy New Year - DiecastBri
Very nice sir, I really appreciate you taking your time to show us your collection. That is one amazing collection, I was hoping the video was never going to end.
Totally blown away by this collection. Thanks for inspiring me to go hunting today. Went back to my roots and and bought scruffy cars out of a bucket at flea market.
12:25 loop and splash... yellow lamborghini countach.. gonna look for that one. ...Absolutely Amazing Collection and Thanks for sharing it with the World!! Congratulations!!!
WOW! i never realised Mattel released so much product, it seems we only got a smaill percentage of this over here in the uk!, i can almost smell the nostalgia! Thank you for this post! From an old hot wheels collector and fan
My friend as always it's absolutely a pleasure for you to share your wonderful collection with the world and all of us mere mortals lol happy collecting brother
Out of all the hot wheel collectors out there I have never seen anyone have the 2 sets I had when I was a kid. The 4 Chrome & 4 Gold cars (1969-1970 I believe ) that were only available by eating 4 big boxes of Cherrio's & sending in 4 proof of purchases and boxtops and $1.00 for each set and you got the 4 car set, I had both in the huge collection I had till I moved out of the house after I graduated ( 1978) and when I came back a year later to get all my stuff my mom threw away my WHOLE Hot Wheels collection, track and all !! I would hate to think about what My collection was worth today !
So damn cool. I'm in OZ and i would have to say that Kane Gibson's Hot Wheels collection would have to be 1 of the biggest and best modern collections Australia wide , , especially with the crazy variations hes acquired . Mega Kudos to this collector though, as this is dedication plus we're seeing. Thanks for sharing
You have to remember that it was accumulated over the past 50 years... and the room... well, I do have a lot of room and hope to have more someday so I can display everything I have! Thanx!
Oh man this is sweet... but. I'm kinda like .. "I'll never have ..that Track set or that car or Redline.... So Mike just moved the finish line for the rest of us collectors ...lol
This collection is totally Awesome !! I do have a question for you Mike. At what point in you life did this collection become your life long passion ? How did it go from just a childhood toy amassing the worlds largest collection ? Thanks Mike,
Hot Wheels has been a part of my life since the first day I saw them in 1968! I've collected ever since, but not to the extent that I do now. It became an obsession somewhere around 1989 or so. Since then I have searched for anything I could afford that had a Hot Wheel logo on it!
Er...for me as a collector greenhorn i just feel like been hitting by a bus. Very impressive. Have to watch it again. Wow. I wonder if mattel sends the new employees for a visit. That is pure history!
Hot Wheels TV amazing! Think about a video showing your original cars from your childhood! I’d love to watch! You are a legend! Cheers! Im a fan from Toronto!
Not everyone can have it all or even want it all. As stated in the summary, much of it is kept at a children's museum. Which is AWESOME.... Collections for keeping in a house to display do not have to be enormous.
Mike at the checkout line at Target, Walmart, etc. and the conversation goes like this: Cashier - so, you collect Hot Wheels? Mike - Yeah, I've got a few......LOL! Thanks for the video!
12:21 I thought those big riggers would be something cool and a bit cheap to add to my collection.. the cheapest in pack I could find on eBay was for $175
@@HotWheelsTV I know. I've been collecting since 09 and I have a I want to say 4 foot tall bucket filled to the rim of loose diecast cars, I have 5 decent sized cardboard boxes full of diecast, I have 3 clear bins full of them, I also have a small tub of maybe around 10 entertainment cars and trucks. Yeah my collection is huge and now I'm cleaning it out because I was after everything but now I'm not. I'm only after certain ones now
Julius Seesaw it’s a little tough to show 30k different cars. The collection is not for just cars. It’s got all the other thousands of things with the Hot Wheels logo....
Yes there are and there are people with more than 100K cars.... but they are doubles, and cars other than Hot Wheels. BUT... My collection also consists of Hot Wheels product: cars, track, toothbrushes, clothing, food, anything that has the Hot Wheels logo. And by the way, if you take notice, the records were set in 2003 and 2007 which means the last actual count was in 2005, that's 15 years ago. There are a lot more things in the collection now.
I have the original poster 1968 and sizzles juice machine recharger and cars still in package I just don't want to spend the money it cost to get in the book of records
....and we play with ours also. That is just a little bit of the whole collection. I have many episodes of Hot Wheels TV showing us playing with many different cars and tracks. Here is a 500 foot Hot Wheels Track - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dZmy1z15fcE.html
Hot Wheels TV - well with this video you’ve got the trailer for the 10hr video already finished and posted. 🏎🚓🚕🚗🚙🚑🚒🚌🚎🚐🦽🚜🚛🚚🦼🛴🚲🛵🏍🛺🚋✈️🚁🛸🛰🚤 + city and country sets and all in between.
*I LOVE HOT WHEELS.* Alway’s have & more than likely, always will. That said, if I was a hard core collector of them & or any other collectible(s) for that matter, I would rather own say 50 of my most favourite ones. As opposed to owning so goddamn many that in some cases you don’t even remember which ones you may already have & or may “need” after while. Which for me would be way to time consuming & quite frankly, to bloody boring, as well. No offence. ✌🏼
Hot Wheels TV - spoken like a true collector. A friend of mine said a person with a few of a lot of things is a hoarder. A person with hundreds of the same type of thing or a theme of a thing is a collector. I think I fall in between.
I'm looking for a very specific hot wheels car I had when I was little I wish I could even have just a picture It was like the behind tire big and the front part looked like a train and the exhaust pipe was in a circular form I wish I could have a picture
Elliot Handler has been gone for many years (1916-2011) and even when he was still alive, he did not do much with Hot Wheels. He hadn't been a part of Mattel since 1975.... Though he did come to a Hot Wheels Convention one time that I know of.
Mike zarnock I have more hot wheels than your record I started collecting when I was 19 and I am now 64 and trying to build a hot wheels museum and I have autograph cars and books by u and have cars in the package u in your book said were not produced
elmer edwards at the age of 64 you should be more humble and into collecting and less competitive and show off.. mr. Zarnock is a legend. Your comment sounds very jealous. Think about it.. “I have cars you don’t have.. I have more cars than you ... mimimi” cmon grow up!
elmer edwards how about you picture this video as his home. Do you go to others home and start to show off what you’ve got in your home? Compare? U Say they are wrong? What you’re doing is at least rude. Man up sir!
