Worldbox: We Need More Games Like This 

That is true, but many other games don't have a goal, like many people Minecraft after beating all the bosses. I guess Worldbox has less features which make it too repetitive

idk about possessing humans, but RTS'ing a kingdom and managing would be adream! Hope mods might make something like that possible. @@cardboardking577

kinda wish they would add a modern update to were after about 1k years you would see industrialization and it would give a massive history book.

Keep in mind, worldbox ORIGINATED on mobile. And is also half free 2 play "I think 90% of the game is locked to free 2 players"

I hope they'll allow towns to have population of different races at the same time in future updates

The number of developers is two and one artist, the difficulty of making a multi-race kingdom would be the way races and cultures reproduce, which would be disastrous when they want to create constructions, since each race builds in different ways and different patterns.

@@leonrreterous5043 they can make that the construction are based on the dominant race or make a mixed construction, thats not a problem

@@risforrandomandrandomisme762 Maybe it can be done, but what I know is that in the future update 0.23.0 they are going to make it so that races can grab constructions from other races (or so I think), because in a tweet from Maxim Karpenko (creator of Worldbox) he showed us a preview where you saw human houses in operation in orc territory, and 0.23.0 I don't think it will come out this year 😭😭😭

The biggest and most insane update of all is coming. I'm anxious!

It needs more complexity and more freedom. I really wish we could edit the names of the itens. I also wish we could create our own pool of random names. Because name generation right now is just silly, and and I always have to edit the names for my liking. I know it is a tongue in cheek game in tone, but some people like me really use Worldbox as a serious mapping and worldbuilding tool. There are even youtubers who make mapping timelapses videos, and I know they wish the same. I also wish we could turn off things individually. For example, I wish we could turn off UFOs, since they don't really fit the fantasy theme I want in the lore of my worlds. We need a backlog of everything that happen in the world, just like in Dwarf Fortress. I want to be able to track the story of specific legendary itens, whenever they change owners. Right now, we can only track wars, alliances and kingdoms if they are currently happening. Once they are over, you can only track them through the World History log, but this log is only temporary and it is cleaned whenever you close the game. In other words, we need more granularity and control, if this game is really to be taken seriously as a world simulator. The next update seems really promising in this regard, since it will enable that we track family trees, and other things, and I look forward to that. I am obsessed with this game, but it still has a long way to go.

​@@Granochereal I googled it and there is a Steam page for a game with that title, a Palworld copycat. Maybe you meant Worlds History Simulator? I checked it and it turns out it used to be an auspicious piece of software, but the dev has abandoned it. A real shame. Anyway, I've downloaded it and it is nice as a random map generator. I can get these maps and export them to Aazgar. They are better than the maps Aazgar itself generates. Thanks for the suggestion, but it seems that I am still on the lookout for a fantasy world simulator with a complexity level on par with Dwarf Fortress...

@@redlovespython dwarf fortress is a fantasy simulation engine, fortress management is one of the modes you can play

They aren't but it's apart of the "Fortnite" effect. It shows an impact that game can have on other games. It's certainly a negative , in particular nowadays during inflation and the increase of micro transactions and subscription services
