If you go and watch the video from bishop where Franco is getting tattooed by David Vega, Franco explains why bishop doesn't have an adjustable stroke machine. He says they're a gimmick product. Because, as he explains, the motor and torque doesn't change. So changing the stroke doesn't affect how the machine hits. Now I'm a huge fan of the Valhalla. I only use it for lining. But I always felt shorter stroke = less inertia = softer hit. But Franco has been building rotary machines for like 40 years, who am I to question him. Other than maybe buy all 3 of my machines to get 3 different strokes. I dunno. His comments definitely made me skeptical on adjustable stroke tho.
Yeah I’ve heard him say that many times. I honestly never liked Bishop I always feel like everyone innovates and then they just copy. Bishop is the laziest company I’ve ever talked to. Franco also co owns Critical and the Critical Torque has some innovations but I’m surprised they never brought them to the Bishop wands. Direct drive stroke adjustable machines exist like the WOS E60 and machines with adjustable torque exists like the ACUS. Franco just prefers the public less educated about it and hopes you just shake your head yes and not to question them. Bishop makes the Cart hole in the grip slightly smaller then other companies making most carts get stuck in it. They say use there Bishop Davici brand cartridges that are slightly smaller in width to fix the problem lol They no longer sell large aluminum grips because they want you to buy there expensive ass disposable ones. They say they no longer sell larger grips “because the price of aluminum is to high” lol Prices of aluminum came way down since they first released the grips 🤦♂️ Bishop is trash, Franco today is not the same Franco.
@@adamdarklord I dunno. The m1, wand shader and packer with the Valhalla are probably my most used machines right now. Just got the new inkjecta flite pen. Love the flite nano. The x1 was kinda laughable tho functional. I think they could’ve done better on the pen too. They run at such a high voltage that it sucks battery life. On a clip cord the flite nano is more comfortable. The shorter torsion bars seem like it hits a lil harder than the flite nano. The door cover is loose and wobbles. The grip is nice. Got a good deal on sale but they could’ve done better, something new.

Im still stuck on using the Acus machine. I feel like I can do so much without overworking the skin with black and gray and color

One of these companies really need to make an adjustable up to 5mm. Like 3 to 5 would be perfect. And include hrtz in the display. That would be perfect

U need to check out the vlad blad ultron2 not the 3 i bought the two version and it runs so well and its my go to right now i use it in combination with a 46er sidewinder by dan kubin both with critical batteries love this combo
I’ve tried hard as hell to get them to send me the Ultron 2 for a review and even tried 3rd party distributors to send it and they all say their not in a position to send out review units right now 🤦♂️ I’ll try again though lol
