Killing Tango with a Key is so hilarious to me, especially when the next Run Tango becomes your "Key Squire" for all that was worth ; P

I hope Tango keeps this idea of lackey from beyond the grave for when the lackey dies, it seems like it's a good option for the cost of 8 crowns for a lackey death on level 1 or death in general that isn't as useful as being IN the dungeon, but is still useful. It's not as helpful as being in the dungeon for things like having someone else look at the compass, throw potions, collect treasure, lure ravagers, be an extra set of eyes, etc. From beyond the grave he can mostly just give advice the player might not have, and maybe he could make it a rule for himself not to really look very far ahead. Maybe just an aerial view of the player. So I think it's still helpful, but being in the dungeon should definitely be the more advantageous one. Like with Xisuma, it was epic when Tango sacrificed himself when Xisuma fell into the River of Souls and saved him!

I love how when Xisuma had Tango as a lackey he was all like ‘we’re in this together! I’ll only sacrifice you if I have no other option!” And Zedaph’s just out here like “do a flip!”

you can tell by the voice, that tango is LOVING IT, he truly seems happy not only for decked out, but to do shenanigans and play his game that took so long to make with someone, he truly is the MVP to me in the season i know for a fact if it werent for the advantage that he is giving a player, he would spend free time playing in duo with you and others

Dungeon Lackey turned into a really fun purchase. You get a sacrificial pawn, some loot when he dies if you can retrieve it, and ghostly clairvoyance to guide you after that. Seems like a great tool to learn your way around unfamiliar areas of the dungeon

I love the duality of man. Xisuma protecting Tango at all costs. Zedaph enslaving Tango and slaying him with keys.

I never thought that an in-game death message could make me almost die of laughter - that was such a perfect moment for the parkour king 😂

This season’s Decked Out has been so fun to see

Tango and Zed have the best energy together

Quite possibly the best runs I've seen so far, in terms of sheer entertainment. So so funny. I think everyone should have to make at least one run with the lacky. Although I can't imagine a better pair than Tango and Zed. You can tell just how much fun they were having the whole time.

Zedalph definitely used the lackey to more comedic effect than Xisuma; but that Xisuma lacky run was epic!

Wuh oh... Someone warn the other Hermits, the Dungeon Lackey's observational skills are a little... Lackey-ng... (Ha!) But in all seriousness, this episode was a lot of fun! Always love to see you and Tango work together!

I really hope in Phase 3 we'll see all the Hermits having the Dungeon Lackey. I would so be asking "Is there a secret in this room?" and "Do these pressure plates reveal anything?" As Meat Loaf once sang, "Two out of Three ain't Bad!"

I think Tango is the best addition to Decked out. Xsumas run was also very fun to watch. And I think it proofs that Coop Decked out could be a great experiment after the solo competition. Making Teams of 2 sounds like a lot of fun to watch.

Decked out just got even more chaotic!

Another idea for a zedvancement is completing decked out with the lackey while crouching, walking backwards, and wearing a pumpkin for minimal vision :) or it could be something simpler like keeping a mob with you for an entire minecraft week. Maybe tame every type of animal that will follow you and then finish a decked out run with them

This episode is technically just Zed and Tango yelling at each other, and live for it hahahahah

I think the dungeon lackey is marvelous, and should be expanded upon in the next version of Decked Out to include a randomized lackey system! Imagine putting various Hermits together in this! Oh the carniege of hilarious mishaps!!! Who wouldn't like to have Scar as a lackey for ...? Reply some Hermit pairs please? 😂 A big Thank You to Zed and Tango!!!

I already saw those death messages in the chat live, I think in Gems Stream, and thought they were hilarious. I think my favourite one is "Tango was doomed to fall by Skill Issue". xD I couldn't wait to see what actually happened there ahahaha xD And then the actual runs were even more hilarious, you two are super funny together! Zedvancement idea, you get as many people in decked out as possible. You buy as many of the dungeon assistant things as you can, and get tango to let you have an extra hermit come into the game with you for every one you use for that one game

...After watching this and X's lackey run, I want Tango to make team runs available, even if it's just "give fellow hermit 8 crowns, and they are your lackey for one run".

This was amazing to watch! One thing I was hoping you'd do though is telling Tango to jump into one of the lava pits in level 1's crypt. There's a good chance there's an easter egg down there and no safer way to test it than sending the man himself down first.

Zedvancement idea: you have to get to collect all of the Artifakes...by trading with other hermits outside of your runs. Artifakes you get yourself don't count (though could be used as trading fodder, obviously).
