I think the New Jeep is over price for me, I love four wheel drive when I worked in a snow belt of Western MA but I brought Isuzu Trooper-II for 17K new, I want jeep wranger that all of my friends used but I had a bad experience with quality of the US made car during the 80's that forced us to end the relationship with American made car! My friends and my teacher called me a traders when I desride to buy Japanese car!
Even the first ad I saw for the instantly forgettable Honda told me it was their "we're not really sold on the full EV thing so here's our low-effort option". What really amazed me was how generic the styling was and that it bore ZERO resemblance to anything else in the lineup. That it's based on the POS Lil' Tykes plastic Blazer makes it even less impressive than when Honda rebadged an Isuzu SUV.
If you can time travel to 1990s or 2000s, any Hondas from that era will out last anything they are selling these days. Their reliability had gone from the best to the worst.
Speaking of Jeeps, I could never understand how is that possible for such large cars on the outside to be so small inside. My collegague once had a Jeep, and I could hardly fit in, I am pretty sure it had less room than Honda Civic.
My fiancé used to have a jeep Cherokee trail hawk. He drove it into a small bit of snow and for some reason the drive shaft broke. We took it to see how much it costs and they wanted $5k. A month or 2 later we sold it to car max and only got $16k for it
I read that a retired couple bought one of these for $115k. After a short period of disastrous ownership experiences with frequent dealership visits for repairs, they decided to dump it, only to find out that this piece of crap is only worth about 40k on trade-in. Needless to say, they were heart broken and said this is the worst financial decision they had ever made in their life.

Most people don't like dual clutch because they don't know how to drive them or how to take good advantage of the mechanism. Not all automatic cars should feel like a CVT.
I've seen the bmws mentioned here on the road. A lot of the Asian community gets these types of cars. Very flashy. I always imagine that they're ppl who don't take time to review cars before dumping their money. It's all about status and the aura of the brand over utily and bang for buck. Not to say there aren't Asians who are frugal, just a lot of the upscale ferraris, lambos, just released bms are driven by them around where I live

I don’t know why people hate the hornet so much other than the fact that it should be sold for a lot less. It doesn’t look horrible, had decent styling and nice interior. It’s way overpriced, yes but that doesn’t make the vehicle so bad. There are far worse cars out there. The only reason these aren’t selling is the price
