Don't forget the part about how much longer cartilage needs to heal. Are they saying it just grazed the ear or was there supposed to be a hole? Less then two weeks later, his ear is totally healed. I call BS on this whole "attempted assassination" from the beginning. It would be much appreciated if someone can prove me wrong. I am tired of politicians say the sky is purple and expect everyone to believe them. Then the media come out and berates anyone who doesn't follow accepted parameter corporate America lays out for either side.

I am a doctor. Now that we have seen the ear after a few weeks, I can state categorically that the size of that dressing was purely political. The pad was likely put on his ear by the campaign, not a real medic.

Plus the note from the fraudster doctor said the hole was what, 2mm? That's bigger than a penny if I'm not completely mistaken! Based on the close up photo of his ear right after it happened before he was taken to the hospital, you can see there's no major hole that size. I'm no expert so I couldn't say whether it was a small hole like these pig ears got (That somehow completely healed over already?) or it was shrapnel. Since he won't release the medical records for it, we probably won't ever know the truth but this does put to rest many assumptions folks had on it. The only way they could get closer is to use those super nearly real body parts made for studying wound inflictions, but those cost a lot and a pigs ear is close enough!

@@stevewise1656 ARs mostly fire a .223 round, which is a little less than a quarter inch diameter. In the grand scheme of things that projectile is indeed small. That said, its fairly high velocity and can do much more damage than, say, a .22LR even though the diameters are nearly identical. Weight wise, an AR's .223 projectile is about 55 grains typically (some variation by brand etc). By comparison, a 9mm hand gun round is about 115 grains, or approximately twice as heavy. It doesn't matter though. There is every likelihood that the former president was struck by a piece of flying debris and not a bullet at all. We won't know until he releases the original medical report - which he said he will not do.

Projection. Then his own appointed evaluator at court said that he should have more damage at minimum sutures 🪡 even if shrapnel. In addition, it can cause loss of hearing and hurt the brain 🧠 . Secret Service didn't cover him completely and the 45 put his hand at his ear and all of a sudden lots of blood. However, blood isn't associated with the ear. He's hiding something. He took off his bandage and there's no difference between before and after on a close up. Dude wanted sympathy votes even if it meant taking others out. He already had people storm the capitol and then encouraged his people to hang his VP. Bullets were shot but there's no reports or feedback from the hospital. Just another coux at the expense of another man and family's life.

No - as someone who has had bullets go by overhead. The concussion of the round going off and breaking the sound barrier causes hearing damage - in flight bullets do not. This story is bullshit.

@@JRRLewis If part of ear was missing , the ear would still be swollen , if reconstructed by surgery stitches would be visible (and be swollen) and there would be an haematoma from the impact. They were shooting a dead ear , not a living one (per se).

Shooting DIRECTLY into the flap of the ear, yes it will go straight through. Your homemade experiment isn’t remotely akin to what happened to Trump. In your scenario, to place Trumps ear in the exact same position, yes the bullet would have gone straight through, just like you show. But on the other side would have been his skull to stop it. Your angle of impact was 💯 incorrect and I feel as if it was purposely set up like this to show some sort of preconceived narrative.

Vet here, dead pig ears and living human ears are two different things, I have seen first hand what a 5.56 and 7.62 calibre can do to a face, and it ain't pretty, and no, it's not a tiny hole, if a bullet really had grazed his ear, the damages would have been substantial, but instead we barely see no damages only a few days after the shooting, it makes no sense to me, unless it was a debris, and not a bullet!

Grazing absolutely does not cause substantial damage. It is very different from the explosive aspect of actual hits to the face with a bullet. And you may not see damage to his ear, but it's there slightly obscured by his hair. He is missing a bit of the ear that folds over at the top along the edge.

@@JRRLewis He had no bandage when he met Netanyahu last Friday, there are tons of high definition photos of his ear circulating, I can guarantee you that that ear wasn't struck by a bullet, just do an image search for "people grazed by bullet", you'll see what I mean, the skin literally burns, again, there is no way that TRump ear was grazed by a bullet, if it had, we'd see burn marks, instead we see nothing, so my guess is that he was cut by a debris, and the cut closed!

It's weird because I heard in a few places it was glass from the teleprompter getting hit that ricocheted onto his ear. That would make sense... maybe? And he wouldn't want people to know because he wants the sympathy and to play victim. But I also find it weird how the SS said they got the guy and it's safe now. Why would they do that? I was an US Army Sniper in the Vietnam War 2/502 Infantry, 101st Airborne. Our main AO was the A Shaw Valley Area on the DMZ , it was very heavy jungle (Dark Green). I switched to an M-16 as my rifle of choice. When I saw it happen, I told my wife it didn't hit his ear. He reacted like it was cut, I'm going with the glass. I walked point for my team, so the M-16 was the best for the job where we were.. In my 9 years US Army, I knew a Capt of the MP's and he told me he once hit a man in the shoulder of his fatigue jacket, missing his actual body and it spun like a top, onto the ground. I agree, no bullet touched the Orange/Mango Wounder Boy.

Your gun back in the day had a different twist rate. It was 1-14. Bullets were barely stabilized so they hit hard because they tumbled on impact. The guns these days have mostly 1-7 twist with a few guns still sporting the 1-9 twist of the 80s and 90s. Bullets are over stabilized and zip thru everything unless it meets a lot of resistance or the jacket fails. If you were really a sniper, you would know this. I call shenanigans.

Finally the Colorado VA had stepped in and support Veterans living here in Oz, and it seems Dioxin Poisoning hit me too, as now I have a 100% disability rating. there are over 30,000 Veterans living here. I was the art director for the Australian Military Museum Association, and was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Arts Group in Chicago. You can call or spew anything you like, but the tumbling of M-16 rounds is spot on. I was wounded and in 95th EVAC (Da Nang) and there was a guy hit by friendly fire there, and also one marine had an AK-47 round hit one leg - pass through- (without hitting bone) hit the other leg and exit. I was surprised the final exit hole was just a little bigger than a 20 Cent piece (A quarter in the USA). Also I was sent to Camp Evans by my First Sgt for a 2 week course to be a sniper in country, as our sniper was about to "DEROS" and I was an Advance Infantry NCO at Fort Polk, LA and taught weapons training there, so TOP figured I could handle it. I was walking point when he asked. I also changed the buffer and installed one without the counter weight on my rifle so it would fire faster ... an "Article 15" charge if caught, as they could jam ... TOP had me taken to Camp Eagle's Range to test me at 200 meters hitting a small paper plate... super advanced ... Mate it's one thing to google something, often reality is totally different ... been there and done that. I also have Brave Eagle Awards for personal kills and the nightmares to go with them (PTSD). Those awards were outlawed by Congress in I think 1972. Trust me, most movies are BS!

And pictures of trump being escorted off the stage shows his coat open and white shirt showing, but no blood visible on either. Also, closeup pictures show no high-speed blood spatter on trump's hair behind his ear as would be expected from a trajectory paralleling his face - there is only a little bit of smear possibly caused when he touched his ear with his hand. Later, close-ups of pictures taken on July 26, 2024 at his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at his Mar-a-Lago estate seem to show no wound or scabbing visible at all. There's so much unknown about this, you really can't say what it would do. Plus there's a very real possibility that the 'wound' was from a bit of flying debris. Was it a direct hit, was it glancing off, did it come close, but not actually penetrate. Who knows... WE DON'T So much of this would be answered by releasing the medical reports, but the fmr president will not allow that. so.... That just encourages the conspiracy theories.

What I'm hearing everywhere is that a buzzing insect made him touch his ear. Then, once he was on the ground where no one could see him, he pulled out a package of ketchup (he always has some, in case he gets hungry). I am no ballistics expert, but if the bullet had been travelling through the 'face' of the ear, then it would surely have entered the skull [behind] ... but 'the wound' was apparently only to the ear, so the bullet would have had to hit the ear @ side on, either snicking the 'rim', or slicing through it nearly end on .... The tests need to be done accordingly, or they are also not adding usefully to the discussion ... Evidence, not hypotheses is needed.

Based on my experience in Vietnam and we only used M-16s, which is a relatively weak weapon compared to a weapon you’re talking about he wouldn’t have an ear and he would’ve been knocked unconscious. He wasn’t. He was worried about his shoes. I saw a picture of the blood that’s not black red blood it should’ve been Rosie pink red is not the color of blood after you’ve been hit with an M or M 14 so tall bullshit. Trump just wants to look macho that’s the whole point and that’s not being know it all.

Yes, I agree. It’s sad how deceitful he could be ir or just how he seizes the moment for political gain. I thought it odd that he would say “wait, wait, wait!” Stand up and pose when there is an active shooter in the scene l. Why would he or let alone secret service place their lives in danger like that. It does not make sense. A real thoughtful person would have sought safety for himself and his secret service men and women knowing they have family they need to go home to. It was a selfish act to stop and raise fist up for a photo opt. It just doesn’t add up. How did they know if it was one, or 2 and if he was caught or killed so fast.

The bullet wouldn't have hit the ear flat, it'd be front to back through the ear's structural cartilage. If it had been hit flat it'd have gone through his head. Also, Trump is 78, healing is slow at that age yet there's no scab, no bruise, no discoloration at all after less than 2 weeks.

Maybe I’m missing something here. The puncture marks from these rounds (leaving a small hole) appear to be straight through shots, not linear shots along the length of the ear. In order for that to happen the persons ear would have to be sticking out from their head at a roughly 60 -90 degree angle….or….. if the ear is not sticking out, in order to pass through the ear in that manner it would have to be on a trajectory that would end up going into the persons head.

Jackson actually said the bullet struck the top of Trump's right ear and the bullet track produced a 2cm wide wound that extended down to the cartilaginous surface of the ear. He didn't say anything about a "hole." Of course, if you will recall, Trump reportedly once dictated a letter about his health and had his previous physician sign it. I don't know about this one.

i got hit in the ear with a golf club once, it hurt like crazy for about 2 days at the most. it sliced my ear where you could see the cartilage. I was maybe 12 or 13. No bandage no nothing. It healed and that was that. No bandage for weeks.

I agree with you. A grazing projectile could rip the ear apart with out hardly touching the ear because the air around the projectile is moving at a rapid rate and could rip the ear off with just a slight graze. The question is, then what cause DJTs wound??

@@mikemalloy1681 Most likely a single .223 round. The air displacement isn't all that much at that speed, which is why it makes such a loud noise until it goes subsonic. A 'grazing' projectile would slice, not rip. Ask anybody that has already been on the receiving end. FMJ, even with direct impact does more slicing than ripping - which is why they're used more often for battle than for LE or HD.
