People will pay to get that elective surgery but won’t work on themselves as people. Smh. A lot of times it doesn’t even matter. I see people of all types, shapes, and sizes in relationships.
I've never heard of anyone in N. America going to any African country to get plastic surgery. I thought people from this part of the world generally go to S. America for plastic surgery at a discount. But what do I know?
My opinion is this is a young persons conversation cuz don't nothing change your body or cost more than getting pregnant. And you gotta love yourself to do that or you really fucked up not only your life but theirs.... Soooo I mean, at this point what's the difference

I think she meant all the top plastic surgeons including African plastic surgeons are where the money is. I don’t think she meant it like that, if she said don’t get it in Compton or Chicago I would’ve understood what she meant.
Nah, KITA, that was some brainwashed Jab at BLACK/AFRICAN BEING THE "BOTTOM OF THE TOTEM POLE".. EVERYONE GOES TO SOUTH AMERICA, MIDDLE/ EAST to get cheap surgery. Nobody goes to AFRICA.
Please don't take it to heart. Some AA have a negative view on Africa as they have been misinformed. Although, they can do their research. 🤷🏽♀️ I watched a couple of vids and some of the things said are pretty shocking and disappointing to me. I will move on to another channel.
