For the superpower of my choice, I would choose the ability to grant anyone a superpower of their choice. Then I would use it once on myself to grant myself any superpower I actually want, lose one inch of height, and then be free to use that newly acquired superpower indefinitely.
You could make it so that you grow 1+in every time you give yourself a superpower (nothing stops you from being hyperspecific) so you can just use it with no consequences

For the superpower, I think the best option would be bodyswapping. Suddenly the inch lost means nothing, and you can take over anyone for any purpose, AND return to your own body at some point if you wish.
Kinda big brained, shapeshifting would also be pretty good in most of the same ways since you can just shapeshift your height back. I'd definitely use either way too much out of sheer curiosity and forget about the height thing until it gets downright comical though.

12:35 The issue with the power to stop time is that it does not include the power to start time. So while you quit stop time, you would just be in a world where time doesn't exist anymore. And since time is stopped it also means that you can't do anything because to do anything would mean that you are in time which means that you didn't stop your own time and so the second you activated your power you would also not experience any time anymore and therefore would never do anything ever again. Everything in the universe would just be still including yourself.
12:30 I would definitely choose to be able to control my body/appearence. I'd imagine either A: I can't change my height with this and I lose an inch from that and I'll be 5'4" B: I can change my height but it'll be 1 inch less than I desired.
RE: super power but world ends Go with Franklyn Richard's power, the as a kid he created a pocket universe containing everyone he knew who died, then used that to restore them to the main universe while also undoing a bunch of other stuff that happened(like natural disaster). And that's with the vast majority of his power being unavailable to him because he was a kid. Just recreate the universe exactly as it was minus the 20 year clause and boom, the ultimate super power with zero consequences.
I'd absolutely choose to be a superhero with extremely advanced reality manipulation. You could just make a duplicate "Earth" to transfer all living things to before the 20 years is up.

Alter reality is a legitimate comic book superpower in both DC and Marvel comics. I've answered reality altering as the power I'd have since I was like 8, it's just an instant win, perfect world, become god. There's literally no other power that's worth it in comparison, since altering reality is already the ability to give yourself any other power. It's horrible writing, but it's still a power.
issue with the 20 million dollar question. At some point youre gonna need to spend 19 trillion dollars if you're looking to live a full life. Its easy at first when you have nothing and keep piling money onto fancy shit you wanna buy or flood it into the market but at some point 20 million becomes 1 trillion then 1 becomes 5 then 5 becomes 12 and it keeps going and the question implies that at the end of the month your bank accounts will need to say 0 dollars before getting another 20 million. that is hella money to spend for your ENTIRE life.
What happens when you are less than 1 inch and you use the power? Do you then become negative in hight? Do you flip upside down? Do you cease to exist? If you do flip upside down is it permanent? Do you start growing an inch every time you use the power or do you just oscillate between two heights? Also does the hight change happen instantly or over a period of time? Is it permanent or just temporary? If someone is still growing when they use it, do they cease growing or do they have to eat more to catch up or does it subtract from their theoretical max height? I got the solution you start a crypto currency called inch and open a wallet called height.
The 1000 year question is interesting. Imagine what hapiness that could entail for humanity and what achievements could be made. If you stopped time, assuming you/whatever is on you person are exempted, I’m pretty confident physics would still say anything you move would experience infinite acceleration and cause nuclear fission at the very least which I’m pretty sure is a bad thing.
