Slavery used to exist worldwide and back into the past, even before written history. It is now practically non-existent and is illegal everywhere. If slavery can end, so can war. Among people, I'd like to see people agree on a basic sense of good citizenship. People may not be able to agree on everything but perhaps we can agree on this and build a bright and hopeful future together.

I think the community part will be more important and hopefully more integrated as time goes on. I volunteered at food bank, so there is a bit of community aspect. It helps a few hundred people. More community centers need to be connected. Connect the whole world.

When YHWH breathed His spirit into us we got the curse of freedom of choice, and once we opened that door of rebellion, became responsible to do what is right... that we be found 'acceptable'. There is plenty enough here for all of us. And what is wasted are the resources in fighting over what we have... which only reduces them further and makes for more wounds that need to be healed. Let the God's fight it out... I choose peace.

The real ideology should be Love, the day we will learn to love eachother the same way G-D loves us no further war or violance will be possible cause Love will eradicate all of this and the World will finally be in peace.

Thank you for that message! really something we all need to keep in mind, in the end we are all in this together. I feel that regardless of technology and communication, the world wants to see a miracle. And with good reason, people are feeling darkness, disillusioned. I feel that the Jewish people and Israel, being so central in history and the Western heritage, will be the ones, once again, from which a miracle will sprout. What is that miracle? Only destiny will tell. Something needs to happen, something that will move the hearts of the world, even the Muslim nations, an act of kindness, of sacrifice, of Godhood. Something that will not only unify the Jewish people worldwide, but also the Western civilization and the world behind them. You can tell what I think that ultimate sacrifice is, the most valuable thing that everybody is fighting about. Israel, the Holy Land, your rightful inheritance. If we as a human species, are to come to an economic system of equality and justice, we will have to give up our materials claims on the system. Money, titles, human hierarchies, inheritances. People will have to give that up, if we truly want to come together as a species. What an incredible example of surrendering our worldly material claims, the Jewish people can gift to the world. A miraculous sacrifice, worked by God into the hearts of the Jewish people, for the world to see the best of humanity manifested and unified around the world. Because as you have said, in the end we are all parts of God, Messiah is us. In the Christian perspective, we are Christ. This is the Second Coming. The personal acknowledgement that we are all parts of a conscious existence. An existence that is willing to be, sometimes in forms that only experience suffering. God is experiencing that suffering, because the value of being individual parts of the same existence, and being able to manifest self-love into others and loving each other and ourselves, is infinite. Its heaven. By recognizing our Christhood, that we are God as well, we understand that from within this reality we mortal beings have a choice. We are free, we choose to live each day, to do our responsibilities, our needs, etc. People are choosing each day to live, when we all have the choice at any moment of ending our own existences. You know, choosing to die prematurely by our own hand. Clearly its a possible choice, as we see others do it successfully, but we also see everyday how the grand majority of people of chooses life. Maybe its not the same as God the father, but like they say, "as above so below", maybe to understand God, we must understand ourselves. And I don't know if God chose to exist, what's important is that each day, I choose to exist, even though I was created, I choose to exist. And why do I choose to exist, because I love this life, I love my family, my pets, and myself, even with all the conflicts, love for self and others is why I choose to exist. Likewise I believe God choses to exist, in fragmentation and in this push and pull of different perspectives of free will. That is so valuable, that fragmentation, that free will, that God choses to exist knowing that evil can arise from this, and that parts of himself, his children, will suffer. Its a sacrifice. Because that fragmentation possibilitates a deeper level of love and understanding. We have to exist in order for God to love us, and I believe God created us to love us, and only if we have true free will, can we be truly loved. Our sufferings are part of reality with free wills, coming together, clashing together first, then working out common understandings. Blessings Rabbi!

When Omar Ben Khattab (Second Caliph) was offered Jerusalem by the Cardinal after his armies swiftly just conquered Mesopotamia and Levant and Egypt, He asked the Cardinal why there are no Jews here? He also refused the offer from the Cardinal to pray in the holy church saying That he fears later Muslims may make it a mosque. Many things happened in history after that. As humankind, we are the only one capable of expressing love to one another, and as you stated, practicing love will bring us to that optimistic and hopeful unanimity where the sum of the parts become one, thereby finish the work by unraveling the secret of the universe that God tasked us with. Christianity didn't start as a violent movement, though possibly from the time Christ followers were called Christians they Christianized ultraviolent people. My memory is vague on what I learned of this and aforementioned point in history, but the first Crusades were started to counter ultraviolence meant to exterminate Christians. A lot of begging and pleading had to be done for help, because up to that point there weren't a lot of Christians good at nor wanting violence. Up to that point they were subject to all forms of violence like that their converts (possibly) in name only perpetrated in the name of Christianity.

One has to ask whether these conflicts with the Arabs ("Palestinians") in Israel and neighboring countries would exist if they were all only (!) Jewish and/or Christian? At least in today's world it is almost unimaginable, which makes it clear that it is only about a religious conflict, i.e. the interests of the Islamic agenda. This is also shown by all the conflicts with Muslim minorities in recent decades and currently in liberal Western countries, including in Africa, Asia, in the past also in Russia and China, even in Buddhist and Hindu countries! In Israel, this fundamental "interreligious" conflict has come to a head in a very special way, but this conflict has long since reached global proportions and has been so since the emergence of Islam! Although Jewish minorities were more respected in Islamic countries during the Middle Ages than in Europe, this has changed since the beginning of the 20th century drastically, especially since Nazi propaganda in Arab nations in the 1940s. Together with "pan-Arab" nationalism, Islam was instrumentalized as a political weapon, although the (partly radical) "political Islam" was developed long before in Egypt (Muslim Brotherhood). In Western Europe, political Islam has become the greatest internal threat to the liberal, multicultural society. Nobody knows how this serious threat can be managed in the future given the current demographic development. The situation in France, Great Britain, Germany and Sweden is extremely tense and society is deeply divided. I think the world will not be able to avoid seriously dealing with Mohamed's ideological legacy and, if necessary, using all theological and biblical-historical scientific findings to expose it as "anti-religion", as many experts have already done and are doing for a long time. You think so Rabbi? How bad was WW1 or WW2 by comparison to other wars ? Those wars were about the expansion of technology as well. There was the 100 year war in Europe between Protestant’s and Catholics. Some of their armies were in the thousands and the murder rape and pillage was great in numbers as well as duration. When you look at England in the Middle Ages they were as barbaric as ISIS. We have more people in the world today and much more effective weapons so more people will be killed but I cannot for the life of me want to imagine the terror of that 100 year war. Horrible. It was all about nicking each other’s stuff, resources Geopolitic access to ports and sea routes as well as weaponising religion to do so. Humans can be so barbaric. My fear is immigrants and refugees will be the next persecuted group even if some of them came with evil motives, not all of them did. The swing to the Far Right. This worries me. Still I want to be optimistic. I hope people don’t fall for the same tricks again as they did in the 1930s. I hope kindness and respect remains for our fellow beings. If you see something wrong call it out. What happened in Germany in the 1930s could have been stopped by people refusing to cooperate. Some did at the risk of their life and others in smaller ways but you don’t hear much about that. You don’t have to be a joiner to get on in life just a bit clever.
