The addition of innate skills like pandemonic feast will be really relevant for canon of creation routes. Reduced lvl scaling will definitely play a big part as well. The canon of creation routes will look totally different from vanilla.
I imagine the TNE route won't change too much since you still need to hit level 80 to access the Shiva fight. But you will definitely have a lot of new teambuilding options.
