Heck, I think that’s the best thing about the Himalayan personally. Get to see the scenery at a low entry point, and, when you tip over, there is a lot less anxiety. The kids definitely have to keep us straight on the social etiquette part of life. It’s a whole new language. Thanks!

Love the videos! Ive been looking at adventure bikes and came across your videos. They speak volumes to me because im looking at the himmy and I live about 25-30 miles south of this canyon! Glad to see what the bikes capabilites are on the very trails and passes I plan on riding. I have a plated dirt bike right now to get some offroad skills so if you are looking for riding buddies maybe we can link up for a ride one day. Hopefully I'll have my adv bike in the spring 🤞🏻

Hey there! Very cool to meet another person in Four Corners. It had been a ton of fun no doubt. I’ve only hit Silverton twice this year but that went pretty well also. I’ll keep an eye out for spring time and we can see if logistics works out and make a ride happen. Thanks!

Friends and backup is important when you are out having fun. I had a weird crash on my Himalayan where my foot got caught in the frame behind the passenger peg, so my leg was pinned under the bike. I might have been able to get it off me but I was riding UTV trails at a state park so there were a few people who came along and helped me out.

Too true. Luckily folks were close. Weird stuff happens when you go down even when it’s not super dramatic for sure. After that one, I started riding with a friend. I’ll probably still do fire roads by myself and steer clear of the more technical stuff unless I have backup.
