If you ever see this bus out in the wild, my recommendation is to go for it!
L18NNL, owned by Lianne Coaches of Thorpe, is a Wright Solar/Scania L94UB that was previously owned by Go North East coded as 5224 and registered as NK54 NVX, branded for their 'Loop' 93/94 services out of Riverside garage. This bus is normally found on SWR rail replacements, with recent appearances during the weekly SWML closures from Clapham Junction to Surbiton.
This bus has beastly power, it's very nice and was helped by the driver going full speed down the A308, and fairly decent performance still provided even down the slower and more winding route followed after serving Thames Ditton station. As an aside, this route has a ridiculous PVR of 3, for a route that runs half-hourly and takes twenty minutes end-to-end. Even with a very generous 20 minutes of stand time per hour, you'd only need a PVR of two. The only other vehicles on the replacement were two Falcon Enviro200s... so just a slight discrepancy in vehicle quality!
Thanks to LondonTransport65 for tipping me off about this, might make a bonus video about my rush to try and make it!
